Ch 14 Top mountain

Dashing towards the beast Jin-Woo activated dash before Stealth respectively as he disappears in place surprising the chief of the goblins as he appeared behind the beast.

He brought down his sword down on the beast's back only leaving a trail of blood. "it isn't deep enough" Said Jin-Woo disappearing again before the beast roared in anger.

*ROAAAAAR*

The beast stomps in legs on the ground making it crack and shake the surrounding as the other goblins move backward letting Jin-Woo deal with it.

Jin-Woo looks around him. "Looks like it's just you and me," He said with a sigh but he frowned as he looks at the dead body of the goblins.

Jin-Woo grips his sword tighter before his eyes glowed in purple color as he breathes out a mouth full of air as the sky turned dark. A flash of light before a towering thunder can be heard.

The wind became stronger as the sunny day turned into a dark storm letting everyone know that a fight was happening. Jin-Woo and the beast stared at watch other's eyes before the silence was destroyed by the cry of the beast.

*ROAR!*

It charges at Jin-Woo like an arrow going straight to him his forehead was pointed at Jin-Woo wanting to pears him. Jin-Woo doge to his left as the beast readjusts its position chasing Jin-Woo.

Jin-Woo frowned and use sword slash to distribute the beast's charge and it did work the wind blade came across the beast's feet making the beast fell headfirst before his body came along with it.

*DANG*

His body hit the ground and was dragged a few feet as Jin-Woo appeared on top of it pointing his sword at the beast's eyes before bringing it down to its eyes.

*ROAR!*

The beast roared in pain as Jin-Woo pluck out his eyes before gripping the horn on its forehead with Ruler's Authority as a giant hand materializes as Jin-Woo lifted the beast's head before using his sword to cut its neck.

*Thum*

The beast wiggled at the ground as blood flows out of its neck. "HAAA! Haaaa! Haaaa" Its voice was slowly dwindling until its eyes that was filled with life was now lifeless as its body lay on its own blood on the ground.

"Quiet easy" Jin-Woo said as he looks back at the chief of the goblins before slowly walking in front of him. "So have you pick your decision?" Jin-Woo asks.

The goblin chief nods his head. "Yes I have thought it over and we will follow you if you are able to do something for us," he asks a little hopefully. JIn-Woo looks at him for a moment before nodding his head. "Sure"

"Then can you please kill the Howling Raftal that has been slowly killing us from the top of that mountain," The goblin chief said pointing at the mountain in the far north of where they were.

Jin-Woo nods his head in agreement. "Then can you tell me more about the beast?"

"Hmm certainly it is a flying monster having a wingspan of 30 meters, body length 15 meters and 3 meters tall, and while standing can reach 10 meters tall that is what we know so far," The goblin chief said his head a little down.

"it's fine ill handle it after I killed it you will have to follow my orders deal?" Jin-Woo asks with a kind smile on his face.

"yes, we will follow you whatever may that be," He said with a serious face making Jin-Woo chuckle a little. "Ok, no need to be that serious. Well then I better get going" Jin-Woo

He stands up before running towards the woods where he took out Fenrir from his shadow before they headed into the mountains.

As he left with Fenrir the goblin chief was helped by his people as they took him back to his home before his aid help him recover.

"Chief are we really going to follow him?" Ask his aid as he covers the goblin chief's wound.

"Hmm," The goblin chief nods his head. "Yes if he can kill that beast and that would be great as the beast that targeted us would be killed" He added.

"yes, you are right chief after all that beast was the one who killed your wife and daughter" He added giving a small helpless smile.

*Sigh* "She was also your older sister," The goblin chief said as they top speaking and just did their work.

After a few minutes, the aid finally finishes covering the goblin chief's wound. "There you go chief I will see you later then," He said as he and up and left the chief to himself.

Watching his aid left the goblin chief sigh to himself. "He is still angry after all these years...Well I can't blame him I'm still angry and sad about her passing" He said as he stands up from the ground before going into one room.

He looks around and finding a neat room filled with toys. "I miss them I really do," He said before leaving the room as he looks at the mountain once again. "I hope you kill that beast"

As Jin-Woo was slowly coming up the mountain the trees were slowly being scattered and were decreasing while the rocky terrain increase.

"It's getting harder buddy," He said as he looks at Fenrir who is having trouble coming up because of his giant body. "Go back to my shadow," He said as Fenrir obeyed his command.

Jin-Woo looks upwards before running forwards he traverses the terrain to quickly reach the top. His surroundings change once again to only see dead trees around I'm with small bushes here and there.

"Im having a bad feeling," Jin-Woo said as he took out his dual sword from his inventory and waited. Not long an army of small spider-like creatures appeared encircling him.

*CREEEEEE!*

Hundreds of cries can be heard as all of them charge towards him. "Zero!" Jin-Woo said as zero appeared beside him using his sword as he swirled around him bringing the numbers down.

They both quickly death with all of them before Zero kneeled down on the ground. "My lord, is there anything else I can do?" He asks.

"No you can go back to my shadow now," Jin-Woo said as Zero followed his command going back to his shadow.

Jin-Woo sigh before continuing his walk towards the top of the mountain. Storing the dual sword on his inventory Jin-Woo took out a pouch from his inventory before drinking the water that was inside of it.

*Gulp*

Putting back the pouch Jin-Woo uses a dash to run up the mountain to quickly reach his destination leaving the dead body of the spider not knowing that a mother of spider like creatures was looking at him as it followed him at the top of the mountain.
