Season 1; Sacrificing A Part of Me To Save The Ones I Ought To.

Gavin coughed blood beneath a tree. His vision blurred, and his strength weakened. He felt as if anytime he could collapse, just like Jane, Koa, and Helix. But he didn't want to give up. Not now, and never. The sight of the Hobgoblin wasn't clear enough, but he could see the figure.

Gavin saw flashes of blue light attacking the green figure. He knew it was Estella fighting the Hobgoblin on her own. He forced his body to stand and moved his lips to speak, "I... I won't back down without a fight." he stuttered.

He held out his hands, focused his gaze, his vision flickering to blur and clear. He spoke, "Oh, the mighty wind spirit. Hear my plea." he paused. The clouds turned black, the wind became unsteady, and a tornado started originating upfront of Gavin. He leveled his gaze once more to face the wind, then spoke, "Hear thy's child. I, who suffered. I, who is willing, will sacrifice my power to save. Bring forth my strength, drain me from it, save this one's desired. Hear my plea, oh mighty wind spirit."

"He, who calls, he, who surrenders. I, the wind spirit, have heard your plea. He whom pleas will have their wish come true. But in exchange, the power you may never possess. Hear me, child! Will you go as far as stripping yourself from being able to save yourself in the future? Speak, child." the big tornado spoke.

Gavin smiled. It was all he could manage to do before collapsing.

"I, the mighty wind spirit, will fulfill your wish. Thy's power will resonate with me and will never utilize again. All eyes that see this spirit shall have their memories cease of my presence. Now, begone Hobgoblin."

Earlier..., Flashback.

"Snap out of it!" Gavin commanded, raising his voice. "Do not falter!" he added.

Just as soon as he finished, something flew beside Gavin's ear, towards the Hobgoblin, too fast to capture, but fast enough to see a flicker.

"GRUAAH!" the Hobgoblin screeched. It held its right eye, and blood began to flow south of his hand.

"It didn't pierce through!" Estella informed, her voice panicked.

Gavin rushed towards the Hobgoblin and tried to pierce through its gut. He failed and broke his sword. He backed off, grunting.

"I'll need some time!" Estella spoke, panicked. She started concentrating again.

Gavin looked at the other startled knights, "Move! Protect the Madam at all costs!"

Jane fell flat. She was the most startled amongst the three. But amongst them, Jane was the only one who stood abruptly and stayed beside Estella. She drew her sword, and as soon as she shifted her gaze at the Hobgoblin, she saw a flying body hit a tree far from where they were.

"Seargent!"

"Sir!"

"Gavin!"

The Hobgoblin turned to the three other knights, "You've... maddened me..., mere humans." it let go of its wound. The Hobgoblin's eye glowed red, like a floating flame circle. And just like that, the Hobgoblin charged towards Koa and Helix, cutting both their arms. They screamed.

Jane couldn't do anything. She saw a power she has never seen. Jane knew the Hobgoblin was too much for her to handle. As the Hobgoblin walks towards her, she fell on her knees, crying.

The Hobgoblin gave a heinous smile and kicked the lady knight back to where their horses stayed. "Humans. Weak and fragile." the Hobgoblin smirked. Then it faced Estella. a

Just like that, before the Hobgoblin could react, its body exploded. Estella gasped and panted for air as her body gets covered with green, filthy blood. She shifted her gaze at the bright, illuminating light but did not see any form of a tornado. Then she collapsed.
