Heaven's Arena!

A flying airship was heading into a special city, but what made this city special was the vast Tower in the middle of this city, standing over 900 meters tall and over 200 floors, The Heaven's Arena.

The flying airship landed and three newly promoted Hunters stepped out looking towards the tower where they will train and reach to the top. Obviously the most excited of them was Gon since he wanted to get stronger faster for his dream.

"Finally we're here", Gon was ecstatic and the others couldn't help but smile.

"Let's go to the tower then and sign up", But Sye still took charge and lead them to the ginormous tower.

As the three entered the tower they saw lots of people walking around, some people walking out or resting and some very injured. The three walked towards the reception.

"Welcome, are you here to spectate the battles and if so which floor?", The receptionist inquired however she didn't get the answer she expected.

"Nope us three are here to fight",

Gon was too excited and just told her their reason for being here without preparing for what she would think.

"What! That's impossible your only like 12 years old, you'd be getting yourself killed if you participated in these fights", The receptionist was stupefied at their choice of fighting.

"I know we may be and look young but actually we are Hunters", Sye decided to step up and help Gon out so they can finally enter.

Sye showed the Hunter Licenses to the receptionist and she was startled to see such young Hunters that for a moment she thought they would be fake but then she dismissed this thought as no one would dare create fake Hunter Licenses.

"Then I guess you are qualified enough, let me record your name in the system then you can enter the waiting room and wait for your number to be called out", She gave up as she couldn't say no when they are trained Hunters.

After telling her their names she gave each one of them a number, 2302, 2303, 2304, for Sye, Killua and Gon respectively.

The three of them went to the waiting room to wait for their numbers to be called out, the other contestants were mostly burly men who think that having bigger bodies and muscles entitle them to be the strongest.

The burly men look at the kids in disdain as they were just children, weaklings walking into a wolves den, a fighting pit with a chance of death.

"You shouldn't be here kids, you'll get hurt joining in these battles", One of the men decided to speak up and warn these naive children.

Killua and Sye smirked at the man's comment but Gon took it seriously,

"Thank you for the warning but we will be fine, afterall we are Hunters", The men starter laughing at the first half of the sentence but when they heard the last part their jaws dropped.

"Lies, there's now way three runts like you would be eligible to become Hunters or pass the exam", The men didn't belive them and accused them of lying,

Until their eyes landed on the three licences infront of them and they all moved back in shock and some fear.

"I still don't believe you, they are probably forged", The other men started nodding at this. These kids are well kids how could they become Hunters.

Gon was about to reply but before he could a voice was heard,

"Can number 1781 and 2302 enter the arena", The man who just shouted about them being forged was called out to the arena along with Sye who just smiled.

Sye walked to the arena ignoring everyone and the odd looks they were giving him. He arrived on the stage and his opponent, the man, was facing him across from his position with a smug smile.

"Kid you can give up now to escape from the embarrassments you'll receive when I beat you",

"Start the match", Sye ignored him and told the referee to start.

"Start", As soon as the referee started the match the man went to charge at Sye since he was enraged that the kid ignored him however,

Sye was gone, even with his eyes on him he couldn't see him anymore and then,

*Bang*

The man fell to the ground, Unconscious. With one swift movement Sye disappeared and knocked his opponent out in a matter of seconds. The crowd went silent looking towards the stage where the 12 year old kid was standing victorious while the adolescent burly man laid on the floor out cold.

The other men from the waiting room saw this and stepped away from Gon and Killua quickly while shivering in fear realising that these kids were real Hunters.

"T-T-The winner is 2302, Sye, please move to floor 50",

Sye then walked from the stage back to the waiting room,

"I'll see you two on thr later floors and once you reach 200 I'll teach you nen", Sye walked into the elevator and he finally arrived on the 50th floor.

He walked to the reception and presented his ID for the Heavens Arena with his number on it.

"Welcome to the 50th floor Sye, you will be called out for a match the same way as the first floor and here is the reward money", The receptionist explained some things to Sye and gave him his reward money which is only just enough to buy a drink.

After around an hour Sye was called out to fight again and as he was waiting Killua and Gon won their matches and already joined him on the 50th floor.

"Ok, I'll see you two on the 100th floor", Sye left after saying that he walked onto the stage and across from him was his opponent.

A female was looking towards Sye with a condescending smile, but Sye just remained calm.

'So she's a nen user, she has probably just unlocked nen awhile ago and thought she was special", Sye chuckled as he could see her aura spiking all over with no control whatsoever.

"Match start",

She ran towards Sye while using nen to boost her physical prowess but she was sorely mistaken to think she could match against Sye with no control over her nen and only around that much but fortunately for her Sye promised himself to not use nen until the later floors and only then if he needs to.

Sye launches towards her too fast for her to see and he delivers light attacks towards her with just enough power to leave bruises, he lowered his speed again to match hers but even when she managed to counter attack her strikes left no mark on Sye's body since he trained it rigoursly.

"How are you fine after all my attacks and how are you faster than me", The two jumped back from their positions and are now facing eachother again and the woman couldn't help but question how she is loosing.

"Your nen is too weak to effect me and just so you know many people have nen, your not special. Your control over it is non-existent and you have a little amount of it so don't compare us. This match is over", Sye retorted her words and crushed her thoughts of being special but this would save her from being arrogant in the future with that little strength.

Then suddenly the match was over, the woman laid on the floor unconscious. Sye stood behind her and the crowd cheered for the entertaining fight.

"Please proceed to the 100th floor",

Sye nodded and walked off the stage back to the waiting area for this floor.

"See you two on the 100th floor", Sye then left, entered the elevator and after a couple of minutes he finally entered the 100th floor.

Authors notes:

Sorry for the late chapter I was busy at college what can I say, however finally got some fighting scenes although not very flashy but who knows there might be a better fight for the final chapter of Heaven's Arena who knows.

Also I cannot do the anime 'That time I reincarnated as a slime', since I have not read the novel so I don't know anything past the manga and its not enough information for me to get the Mc to the peak so I apologise for all the ones who wanted to see the mc going into that world, but oh well its not the end of the world.

Anyhow I hoped you enjoyed the new chapter :)
