“You tried to kill me before, why can’t you do it now?” she asked, her eyes burning with fury. 
“I didn’t love you back then.” He shrugged.

Ben couldn't even protest. He was met with the blank stare of the man who had inched closer to the door. He was now leaning against the door frame, waiting for Anna to come out and ensuring the door wasn't closed in front of him.

He also wanted to see the drama ensue inside as Anna picked up her things and came out.

As expected, Anna was silent as she moved through the people in the living room and went into the bedroom where she had lived for the past couple of months. She climbed up to her bunker and what little she had out. It was only the prop book she pretended to read when she went to sleep and some moisturizer. Apart from that, she only had a few clothes out in the open.

When she stepped down from the bed, she saw Pops looking at her cautiously.

"You're leaving?" he asked in a calm voice.

Anna stared at him for a second before nodding.
