A DAY PRIOR

It was 26th August, it was midnight. The gates were opened; the people were still sleeping on the roads, when few trucks and jeeps drove in. The vehicles drove in fully fledged speed across Fazaipur. The people woke up by the noises; they were all looking at the vehicles when they drove over the people.

They went over people sleeping on the roads, hundreds were crumbled, the shrieks and cries of people filled the air in Fazaipur. It was bad, it was a mass murder. I woke up, with everyone else, people were crying in pain, bleeding, injured, dead. I got onto the roads; it was only blood and some survivors.

The people were in true horror; they did not know what was happening.

The people were helping out each other, I went on the terrace, I was thinking that we are so close to success and what would happen if it goes wrong. I'll die? I don't care about that anymore, my family had already suffered, Shalini, Leela, Ramaiya what would happen? So many innocents have already died, but they are ready too, they are ready for the Doomsday.

If we succeed Bharat will see a new sun of freedom rising over the innocents, I prayed it all goes good.

The next morning, we did the normal procedures, went into the waiting area, it was us, ten people. Ramaiya and few others threw bags of guns and explosives over the wall, we had walkie-talkies to stay in contact and keeping each other updated on the situation, after all it was the Doomsday!
