Nothing Was Harder Than This

Crown Prince Tristan briefly glanced at his maternal uncle before he nodded. "Alright."

The two men started to practice together and then compete. However, just as the Duke of Laseau said, the young Crown Prince was too outstanding when it comes to archery. They compete for three rounds and he ended up losing each round.

"I think your skills have decreased, Uncle," Crown Prince Tristan pointed out as he put down his bow. "Your result today... it's your greatest loss against me."

"I'm already past my prime and I don't train much anymore," Kieran Astalli replied. "Maybe that's why."

"You're only 36, Uncle. You are still young," Tristan Castelof replied.

The Duke smiled when he heard the Crown Prince. "You will understand once you reach my age, Your Highness. You're still so young."
