Chapter 5 - But How?

"This is not fair! let's do a paper draw fair and square" Wei huffed again as he was now stuck with the smallest room. He cursed under his breath at his clumsiness. He would get the next big room if he hadn't tripped on his stupid feet. Liang and Hua just laughed at Wei. "Jerks" Wei whispered under his breath only to get smacked on his head by Liang. Hua couldn't help but smile looking at his friends having fun. This right here, this laughter, these smiles, This warmth. This is what he longed for and now he finally got it.

"I'm hungry!" Hua said while he laid his head on Hua's lap, while the latter gently combed his finger through Wei's hair. "Yeah! Me too" Liang said as he got up going near the telephone that was placed on the television table, beside it a pamphlet which had all the important numbers, a menu card, a map of the island, and another pamphlet regarding the different water and land sports the resort had. "What would you like to have?" he asked, as he looked through the menu card. "How about we go to the nearby restaurant. It looks like it's at a walking distance from our house?" Wei said as he got up, and looked through the map. "I mean we didn't come here to be stuck within 4 walls did we?" Wei continued. Turns out after every 10 houses, the resort offered a common swimming pool, a restaurant, a park, and a book cafe. "True we should get out of the room now" Hua agreed. Stretching his arms ready for a walk. "But I'm tired!" Liang said as he pouted slightly. "We've been taking rest for the past 2 hours since we came here," Hua said as he started to get up from the sofa. "But Da Ge. Please!" Liang whinnied a little. Yes, the scary-looking Yang Liang who barely smiles at work, whines, when he is with his two Ge. "No buts Liang, Da Ge said were are going, So we are going!" Wei said peaking from over Hua's shoulder, as he put his tongue out teasing Liang.

Liang gave Wei a death glare, But his glare immediately turned into a defeated one when he saw his Hua Ge giving him the 'Do-What-I-Say-Before-I-Force-You-To-Do-It' look. Liang just let out a sigh."Fine! let me get my jacket" Liang said in a defeated voice. "At least I got the second-best room," he said as he poked his tongue out at Wei.

"I DEMAND A REDO! LET'S DRAW FOR IT!!! THAT WAS NOT FAIR"

Liang just laughed grabbing his jacket.

"That was the most amazing lunch I've had in the past few months," Hua said as he rubbed his tummy. Right now, the three boys were walking back to their house. "So true...I was tired of eating instant food every day" Liang said as he agreed to his Da Ge. Wei just nodded along feeling what his friends were saying. "I think I'll take a walk in the park...Before going back to the House" Wei said after a while. " Yeah! Me too. I'm too full to just go back and sleep" Hua said smiling at Wei. "Well! Then it's just going to be me that goes back. Bye guys!" Liang says as he smiles at his Ge while passing them to go back to the beach house.

"So then ...he told Max that 'I don't need to talk to you...I only talk to the Zhang Wei and not the secretary...where is he ?' like seriously Ge, that guy has too much attitude." Wei said as he fisted his hands in anger talking about a certain celebrity who a few days ago had crashed into Wei's office demanding for garments.

Wei and Hua were now walking around the park. They had cups of milkshake in their hand that they brought from the small store inside the park. "Wei, why do you need to talk about that jerk when we are here having fun?" Hua questioned as he placed his hands and Wei's shoulder, who turns to face his Ge. "I know, I know Ge but I" but before Wei could answer, He freezers as He sees a familiar face.

His heart starts to beat fast. How? Just Why? Why should he be here now? When He was finally happy? When he was finally healing from the pain that person caused!! When the initial shock was over, Wei was scared now. He couldn't possibly let the guy see them. He had to leave. His face lost all its color. His palms started to sweat. Seeing a frozen Wei, Hua tried to move his head to follow Wei's stare only to get his head pulled back by Wei. "Let's get out of here Ge! Let's go" Wei stammered nervously. "Wei what happened?" Hua asked as he tried to turn around once again, Only to be pulled away by Wei.

Wei dragged Hua far away from the park and didn't stop until they were closer to their house. Finally, Hua had enough of the dragging. He stopped which caused Wei to stop too.

"Wei I demand you to tell me! What happened...?" Hua said as he kept giving baekhyun glares. "It's nothing Ge, I think we should go back to the city now...I just remembered about this order, I didn't finish it" Wei stammered. He didn't want his GeGe to know what he saw. He hoped Hua would buy it. But Hua didn't look convinced. "Zhang Wei, What's wrong? Tell me now" Hua said with his annoyed voice. "Ge...I just..I...just let it go...let's go back huh! Please" Wei said as he tried to grab Hua's hands.

Hua pulled his hands far from Wei's grip. "No! Just tell me. I know you are lying about the order. How hard is it to tell me what's wrong?" Hua said tiredly.

Wei let out a sigh. "Ge...I saw some one....." he said slowly. Hua's eyes instantly widen. "Wei....did you by any chance see Zhe." Hua aid slowly and thoughtfully choosing his words Wisely, knowing how even the mention of the name would break Wei. "No ...no... Ge" Wei said as he bobbed his head a no. Hua raised his right eyebrow at Wei. "Who did you see then?" Hua asked him.

"I saw ... I saw Shufen. Ge I saw Zhao Shufen".

'No how! I checked! I made sure' How? Why?
