Holly's Party
When we arrived at Holly’s I was greeted by Holly, Laurel, Mandy and Morgan with open arms and when they spotted Nate they smiled more,
“ALEXA!!!!!!!” my 4 best friends hugged me carefully, glad that I decided to come and have fun.
“Hey girls!” I say laughing and smiling.
Nate watched me with my friends a smile on his face, something that seemed rare for him given his past, but it made my heart happy that he came with me. Morgan looked at Nate,
“Would you mind if we stole her for a few moments?”
Nate smiled at her, “Yeah she’s all yours,” he looked at me, “I’ll be around whenever you’re done.”
I nodded at him, “okay sounds good!”
Then my 4 best friends dragged me away, past Daryl who looked at me as I looked at him, our eyes locking for a moment, my eyes filled with happiness, it made him smile. He walked over to Nate; I was brought into the kitchen.
“So how are you?” Laurel asked.
“I’m okay, a little better now that I’m away from Mason, which reminds me he doesn’t know about tonight does he? If he shows up I might have to leave.” I say.
“He wasn’t invited and won’t be able to get past the door, there will be two guys posted their incase he decides to show his face thinking he’s welcome here.” Morgan says.
I nodded as Mandy hands me a drink, “Try that, I used this recipe off a website, its strong so be warned!”
I took it and smiled, “The stronger the better.”
I took a sip and made a funny face making my best friends burst out laughing, I laugh with them, we hang out in the kitchen for a bit before I’m being pulled towards Holly’s stage,
“You have to sing! I need to hear your voice singing this new song,” Holly says.
“Fine, I’ll get up there and sing Whenever by Conor Maynard, just set it up,” I reply.
“Okay, I’ll give you a few minutes to get settled,” Holly says.
I nod and go get on the stage, getting myself ready and prepared, Nate comes on the stage,
“Hey Holly wants us to sing a few songs together after the one you’re about to sing.”
“Okay, we can figure the song out after,” I smile at him.
He hugs me and nods before walking off the stage and Holly starts the song, I begin to sing,

As I finish, everyone at the party clapped and cheered me on, Nate walked onto the stage, we talked away from the microphone for a moment deciding on songs, we picked If you want love first, as the song started we began to sing, once it was over the crowd went insane, we moved onto No Name next, then we sang Why. After that we let the DJ play music as we partied, I drank a lot and skipped out on my pain meds, I was enjoying myself too much to care about the pain, Nate stayed close to me, by the time we left I was super drunk and giggling a lot. When Nate and I got back to his hotel room, I stumbled into the room with his help, I showered with Nate’s help, and then he put my very drunk ass to bed.
