“It won’t be,” Eisen scowls, “The second we land, our operatives here will release every prisoner and destroy the power that Adrian has here in Yemen. And by morning the men in Ethiopia will be high strung because the guards, Castors, and Demon-Castors we killed won’t be reporting in. When the fighting starts, they may be lax about protecting Adrian, but that doesn’t mean they won’t be trying to kill you.”
“How lax with the protection on Bathory be?” Maddox asks.
“Adrian has a personal guard of eight human guards and one Demon-Castor.”
“I’m assuming we have more than just the two of you coming with us to Ethiopia to fight?” Sauda asks.
Eisen smiles. “We have two hundred Castors and fifty armed men on this site.”
“How many men does Adrian have?”
