You better not screw this up dumbass

The next day, by law, I had the day off. And since my boss hates to give us money anyway, that's one of the only laws he follows. I decided to go to school. It's been a week since I've been there so why not. I entered the school and was immediately greeted by Ariella's arms wrapped around me.

"I'm so proud of you." She practically yelled in my ear.

"Why are you so proud?" I asked as I pried her arms off of me.

"You are the chosen girl out of our school." She was jumping in place.

"Which means every girl in the world is going to suffer from having even less academic rights than we do now." A random girl passing us stated then walked away laughing with her friends.

"Shut up Rebecca!" Ariella screamed after her.

"You know she is right. I'm not the girl who should be representing the whole women population on academic rights for women." I pushed past her as I walked up to my locker.

"That's only one person that feels that way. A lot of people believe in you." I just gave Arielle this look as I reached my looker. Soon removing my gaze and proceeded to open my locker.

"Look at you being all supportive." I teased.

"I can be supportive. It's just with all the crazy ideas you pitch at me, it's hard to be supportive." She leaned against the lockers next to me.

I just shook my head as I opened my locker and multiple papers fell out.

"Surprise!" I looked over at Ariella as she looked at me excited. I bent down and grabbed a few of the papers the fell out.

"You did this?" I started to read them.

"Well, the whole school did. I had everyone write something down to congratulate you on the biggest opportunity ever."

"Did you happen to read any of these?" I rolled my eyes as I closed my locker not even grabbing what I was going to.

"No why?"

I cleared my throat. "You better not screw this up, dumbass." I flipped to another page. "If anyone else was picked, women would have a better chance of getting better academic rights." I flipped to another page. "You're better off begging the government to chose someone else that's more qualified." I gave a fake smile towards Ariella.

"Well, I never said there were supporters in this school." She gave a nervous chuckle.

I gave her a sarcastic on then threw the papers away in the nearest garbage then stormed off through the front doors of out broken down school.

"Diamond!" I heard her call after me. "Diamond! Where are you going?!" I continued ignoring her as I walked home. There was no way I was going to school today; no way in hell.
