Chloe 2

(Shirou's pov)

After I left Luvia's house I went back to my own but before that I made sure that no one saw me.

Back in living room I sat down and started planning my future events. While I was in my thoughts someone appeared besides me and hugged me.

Chloe: "Hey Onii-chan, what are you doing?"

She asked in charefull tone. I patted her head.

Shirou: "Just thinking about some things."

At my answer she looked at me curiously.

Chloe: "Say Onii-chan, did we meet somewhere before?"

I widened my eyes but quickly returned them to normal so she won't notice but I'm not sure that it worked.

I must admit that she is very sharp. If I'm not careful she will eventually unmask me.

Shirou: "What are saying. We are seeing each other every day so of course we met."

I say it without a change in my voice but I'm not calm inside. I need to remember that loli can identify people by their headpats which is useless skill but it causes trouble for me.

Chloe: "Nevermind it then."

She says that but I can see that she is trying to connect the dots.

Chloe: "Onii-chan, do you have a girl you like?"

As I was about to answer her she was slapped by something invisible.

Shirou: "Are you alright?"

I know that Illya slapped herself to stop her but it would be strange for me to know it.

Chloe: "I... I'm totally fine, nothing to worry about Onii..."

She was slapped yet again.

Chloe then decide to use her ultimate attack and tried to kiss me but Illya didn't let her.

After a short while and a lot of pain in and Luvia, Rin and Miyu marched into my house looking for Chloe.

The first thing that they saw was Illya laying on the ground holding her little toe but only Miyu showed concern for her. Rin and Luvia went to living room where Chloe and I where.

Noticing me their whole aura around them changed.

Rin: "Emiya-kun...?"

Luvia: "Shero..."

They woke up from that state rather quickly and their next action was to immediately kidnapp Chloe and ran away.

I saw a faint blush on both of their cheeks so they must feel a little embarrassed.

I calmly walk after them to the front door to meet not them but Illya and Miyu.

Miyu isn't facing me and Illya is trying what just happened meanwhile Miyu turned towards me and called me.

Miyu: "Onii-chan?"

Sadly I'm not her big brother. It hurts my heart to do it but I must act as if I don't know her.

Shirou: "Yes, I'm Illya's big brother. Are you one of Illya's friends?"

Hearing my answer all life in her eyes fade away. She showed me an emotionless face that a child should not have.

She then suddenly hugged me for a short while and after that she went back to her house.

Seeing this Illya tried to punch me but I managed to dodge it.

Illya: "Why are you so good at dodging."

Shirou: "I noticed that a lot of people want to punch, kick and etc. me so I trained my body and instincts to their limit so I can avoid such situations."

I said looking proudly. To be honest at first it was really difficult to stay alive. Because of my harem protagonist aura I always found myself in 'lucky' situations so I trained extra hard to not end up as original Shirou. It really was hard. I thought as I wiped away my imaginary tear.

While I was monologuing Illya was looking at me as if I was something pitiful.

The next day while I was talking with the principal I was notified that Illya and Chloe were unconscious in their infirmary after a match of dodge ball.

I rushed to Illya's school to check if both girls are okay. I mean I know that they are but emotions don't talk logic.

On the way to Illya and Chloe I met Fuji-nee who look terrified and panicked.

Taiga: "S-S-Shirou, what should we do. Illya got hit in the head really hard. Will she be okay?"

As she asks me she grabbed my shoulders and started shaking me.

Shirou: "Calm down Fuji-nee. I know that you are worried about her but all we can do is wait."

After I calmed down Fuji-nee I went inside the infirmary. Illya was still unconscious but Chloe was already up.

Shirou: "How do you feel?"

Chloe: "I'm fine, you should be more worried about Illya. She is the one that got hit by a ball."

Shirou: "Don't underestimate older brother, I can worry about both of you without any problems, Chloe."

Hearing her name Chloe widened her eyes.

Chloe: "Onii-chan, how do you know my name?"

Crap, she still wasn't introduced to me so I shouldn't know her name. What a blunder. How could I make such easy mistake. Fast, think about some excuse.

Shirou: "Fuji-nee informed that Illya and her cousin Chloe were in the infirmary after dodge ball match. There are not any students besides you two here so I just assumed that you are Chloe and by you reaction I was right."

My explanation is good but she still looks at me with little suspicion in her eyes.

Chloe: "True, she would do that. When she is panicking she would blab all the information."

She says that but her eyes say otherwise.

Chloe: "Bye Onii-chan."

She waves her hand and leaves.

I turn my head in the direction of the school nurse.

Shirou: "Thank you for letting us talk on peace."

Caren: "It's really no problem but if you want to repay me just come to me when you are injured."

Shirou: "I should laugh at your joke but I know that you're serious."

Caren: "Why wouldn't I be?"

Shirou: "Nevermind that, how is Illya?"

Caren: "Unfortunately it's nothing serious. She will wake up soon."

Shirou: "Is it really something that a nurse should say?"

She just smiles at me. How can a sadistic woman like her be hired as a school nurse. I mean I know that some strings were pulled but still.

Caren: "Well, enough of that small talk, can I ask you one question?"

Shirou: "Sure, why not."

Caren: "Why are you helping with the collection of servant cards?"

Shirou: "...!!!?"

How does she know? No, maybe I should expect that. She is sent by church to look over car collection so it's not strange for her to know more than she should. I don't need to be worried, she is just an observer, she won't interfere... I think.

Caren: "Why are so suprised? Did you think that you were hiding well? You could fool normal people but not trained magus."

Shirou: "So what are you going to do with that information?"

Caren: "Nothing, I'm just curious of your intentions and it would be a lot more entertaining to leave you be."

As she says that she shows me sadistic smile that would made anyone shiver.

Caren: "I answered your question, now it's your turn."

Shirou: "*Sigh* it's nothing interesting. I noticed that my little sister was in trouble so I decided to help her."

She looks at me without any expression.

Caren: "...You sis-con."

I slam my hands on the table.

Shirou: "I'm not!!!"

Caren: "Not only sis-con but also lolicon."

She shows visible disgust on her face.

Shirou: "Again, I'm not!!! Just ask my principal about it."

Caren: "I'm sorry I didn't know that you were swinging that way."

Shirou: "You know what, I'm tired explaining myself. Think what you want."

Caren: "Tsk, you are no fun."

Is that how Rin is feeling every time I tease her. Maybe I should tone it down a bit but knowing me I won't be able to stop. It's just to much fun do that.

A short while after our conversation Illya woke up and together with her we went home for that day.
