(Chapter fifty six.)

As the minutes passed and dawn creeped closer, Sara's frustration grew. The pilot had yet not been found, and with each second there was the opportunity for him to escape or- if he already escaped- get further away. The only good piece of news was that they had spotted a town, though it was almost impossible to tell how far away it was.

There was, of course, the small chance that the pilot had the same thought as her and gone to the town to search for his droid. With this in mind, Sara and Kylo Ren decided their best chance lay in taking some Stormtrooper's that had been declared trustworthy, marching to the town, and turning it upside down. Sara had left first, and Kylo Ren was leading a slightly larger party about ten minutes behind her.

The walk to the town grew more uncomfortable as the planet began to warm up. Sara's heavy clothing, which had seemed like a good decision at the time was backfiring. Seeing as he couldn't take off her cloak or armor, Sara yanked down her mask and tied her long brown hair into a ponytail. The first few deep breaths of cool air were wonderful, until Sara began inhaling sand. Then the mask went back on.
