Jake thought a lot about the sort of people Alexcyn’s family was that night. He had no sleep at all in this strange room that belonged to the body he wore.
Sketches of animals and beasts decorated one corner of the room near a window, and littered on a large wooden desk at the corner dozens of books lay. He read over the titles of them and realized they were anatomy books, species type books and all sorts of others dedicated to the strange and wild creatures that inhabited this world.
He figured Alexcyn must have been fond of the creatures that seemed so deadset on killing his body. He thought for a small moment, with a pang of guilt, that Alexcyn would have enjoyed the system Jake seems to be benefitting from in his body.
“You are a strange creature, Alexcyn Ragvindr.” Jake muttered as he continued to browse through the room.
