"You collapsed again, so I carried you to your porch where your brother would find you."
"Thanks," I said simply, feeling slightly embarrassed. "I must seem very weak to you."
"On the contrary, yours is one of the strongest souls I have ever known. It is your body still adjusting to the changes, and stopping time is no easy task."
“The fairies and the others, are they often here?” I asked, gesturing around us.
“No, not often. That was the first one in decades.”
“Any particular reason for the celebration?”
“Certainly, however, I was not told what. It may have been connected to your brother's celebrations. Sometimes things happen together because of the excitement in the air.”
We continued to walk for a while until we came to a spot where we decided to sit. The buttercup horse was nearby, and he nodded towards me as he brushed his tail around before munching some grass.
