Darren is a mossbag. One of the few 'normal' people among the vast population of cultivators. He lives a life of toil, doing everything he can to make ends meet. Unbeknownst to everyone, within him is untapped potential that trumped everyone else's in the universe, waiting to be unleashed.
Enter the everbeing Ryn, who finally has just escaped from detainment and torture after 27 long years-- courtesy of the deities. Thirsting for revenge, she strikes a deal with the universe to slip under the deities' radar and begin her preparations right away for a celestial massacre.
After locating Darren, Ryn creates the 'System' to train the mossbag into exactly what she needs for her conquest against the gods.
