New Territory

"Hi my name is MarryAnn but my friends call me May, welcome to Princeton High." the only girl in the group introduced herself, offering Helen her hands wearing a genuine smile on her face

"Thanks May, nice meeting you. she replied taking her offered hands in hers with a return smile."

"Don't mind that idiot, she continued; pointing in the direction of the blonde guy." He must have heard what she says but doesn't seem to mind because he just smirk and threw them a mock salute.

Helen nodes, as they all walk to their next class. The blonde guy walks behind them and she could feel his intense stare on her back and it's making very uncomfortable; but she suspected that, that is his intention. Arrogant guys like him who feels entitled would never pass us a chance to take up a challenge, especially one involving a new girl; it's the typical attitude of a rich playboy.

Guys like him are trouble band she plan to stay off his radar as much as she could.

May has hand around her neck and easily continue chatting with her like they've known each other forever which makes her feel like things might not turn out to be as bad as she had dreaded.

We walked through a wide hall way to our next class, which is biology. The classroom and the sitting arrangement is similar to that of the math class room, the only difference is the full equipped state of the art laboratory attached to classroom building.

As soon as we entered the classroom, May led me to the second sit in the first rows of seats on the right corner of the class and as soon we took our seats, I realize that it has a good vantage point to the teacher.

The biology teacher, is a woman probably in her late thirties. She is not exactly beautiful but doesn't look bad either. Her fashion sense can't be that great considering what she currently had on; it's a plain blouse with an oddly shaped collar couped with a pleated skirt that looks likes it was sewn with 5 yards of material.

All the teachers must have received a memo that there is a new student in school because the first thing she did was introduced herself to Helen, and then she was introduced to the whole class. And as usual, she had the attention of the whole class for a minute or so before the class finally commenced.

Unlike her dressing, she is definitely a good teacher just like the math teacher Mr Charles.The way teach and responds to questions shows that she has an excellent grip on her field of study.

Helen is sitting beside May in the middle and flanked on both sides by mason and Henry sitting in the front, and in the back by the remaining two guys in the group whose names she is yet to catch.

Just like when they were walking to class, she could feel Henry staring more at her than he was paying attention to the class. At one time he even roll a piece of paper and threw it her, and he boldly met her stare when she turn back to check when the paper came from. Then he smiled, wearing that arrogant smirk of his that she now consider his signature smirk.

He probably thought it's charming but the truth is; rather than be charmed, she is repulsed by it. She want to get through the class and get as far away from him as possible. And she was glad when the bell finally go off. She excused her self from the group and walked to Miss Richards to discuss how I'll be making up all the class that I had missed.

Helen is not really surprised when Miss Richards once again referred her to Mason, he seems to be an all star model student with the teachers. She has also notice that he is equally popular amongst the students especially the girls, judging of all the silent swooning they are receiving now as the walk to the cafeteria.

After he had agreed to lend her his not and also offered to assist her with other subjects too, they were hijacked by his friends once again. And May has her arm around her neck like she did earlier leaving her no choice but to walk with them to the cafeteria, once again leaving her at the mercy of Henry's unwanted stares.

Just like the rest of the buildings in the school, the school cafeteria is beautiful and well organized. It's a spacious room attached a well equipped kitchen area and another section designed to look like a counter or a reception area; where the students could place their orders and which also separate the dinning hall from the kitchen building. All in all, it's a beautiful setting and the longer I am on the school premises, the I admire it's intricate design.

As we took our seats the other two guys introduced themselves as Jake Langston and Daniel Pitts.

Jake is dark haired, with a deep brown eyes and a nice build, almost model like.

While Daniel is about an shorter than Daniel also with a dark hair but what looks like a trace of light brown highlights. He has a dark obsedien eyes with a hint of gray.

They are both good looking in different ways but neither has nothing on Mason with his brown wavy hair and deep blue eyes that looks they could swallow you in their depth tall slim frame that makes him look a model for a top notch magazine. His gaze kinda brooding like he is bored of something but it him gives him a mysterious magnetic look that makes it difficult for you turn away.

He's got looks, smarts with a model like stature, a completely deadly but attractive combinations.

Henry's crack about him being royalty might have been a joke but he carries an aura about that perfectly befits a royal. He is like every girl fantasy in the flesh, that's just her opinion anyways.
