The beginning

"We're almost there!" Jerome called out to everyone.

Everyone was tired and had sweat dripping down their faces.

"A couple more minutes and we will reach the city."

"Can we take a little break?" Xavier said in agony.

"No. And if you stop I'll kill you myself." Jerome snapped.

Xavier lowered his head and tried to sleep on his horse.

Before long there were lights in the night sky.

"You see that? The city lights." Frost yelled out.

Jerome stuck his hand out for everyone to stop.

The all halted their horses from moving.

"We walk from here." Jerome said.

"Why the hell do we need to walk?!" Jade asked.

"We're in human territory. If they see us with horses then they will know we're from one of the clans." Jerome explained.

"I've never heard of that before."

"Well you've always been isolated from people and the city. Humans despise us….especially since we have powers and they don't. But this city is dangerous, a lot of bad people are here….so be ready."

"Can we have our weapons on us at least?" Xavier asked.

"Yea, It's fine. The only people with weapons here are me and Xavier anyways. The rest of you use your powers."

"Now let's get moving." Jerome ordered.

They all got off their horses started walking away.

Frost let out a loud whistle. As soon as he did all of the horses took off in the other direction.

"Where are they going?" Summer asked.

"Home…." Frost answered in a bland way.

"Let's get moving." Jerome said.

Everyone walked side by side approaching the city.

The lights grew brighter and brighter in the night sky.

When close enough Jade could see giant building she had never seen before.

Her eyes were lost in the beautiful lights that blended in with the building.

They all could hear music beats from the city also.

Everyone's hearts where beating at a thousand miles per hour.

When close to the city, they could see skyscrapers, houses, cars, fast food places, things they've never seen before.

"What the hell?" Frost whispered to himself.

When closer they could see two men with AR guns in their hands.

Both of them stood on huge light post.

Frost quickly put in contacts that changed his eye colors to brown.

Jerome was close enough to funnily hear the men.

"Where are you all from? And state your business here!"

Jerome took a step forward with everyone else behind him watching.

"We're from one of the villages up north,In the valley." Jerome yelled up.

Both the men looked at each other.

"You have a card?"

Jerome reached in his pocket.

The men quickly raised their guns.

"Calm down….here you go."

Jerome threw the card at the light post.

The man caught it and started studying it.

"Looks like your clear to go. Try not to get killed or anything." The man said in a laughable tone.

Jerome waved his hands for everyone to follow.

There was a small gate that was blocking the city's eatery point.

The man on the right tower pushed a button and the gates swung open.

Everyone walked in one at a time.

As soon as they step foot into the huge city, there were lasers that checked for there items.

"Oh crap!" Jade said.

"Don't worry, I used a special item on our weapons." Jerome said.

They walked right past it.

"Jerome, why does it feel like my powers have been canceled?" Summer asked.

"In places like this they have technology that cuts off our power. Humans create anything." Jerome explained.

"But that should make our mission even more easy right?" Summer asked.

"No. We need to stop the organization from capturing one of the power families people. We need our powers when that time comes." Frost explained.

They were all walking down the street, it was a peaceful city.

"I need something to eat!" Xavier said.

"I was thinking the same thing." Jerome said.

In the distance gunshots where going off, bombs also in the distance,along with a couple screams.

"It sucks being half human." Jerome whispered to himself.

Jade looked up in one of the huge towers to see people partying on a balcony.

Everyone was amazed by the building and lights.

It was so pretty but yet had so much destruction.

Xavier looked at the stores that were open.

He could see a little girl and her mom walking around looking for candy.

"There all happy?"

It was a huge crowd of people walking. Jerome was moving along until a man bumped into him.

Jerome stopped in his tracks and turned around.

The man did the same.

The guy had five people behind him.

"Watch where your going….doing that to the wrong person might get you killed." Jerome advised.

The man let out a little laugh.

"You talk big, But I doubt you can back it up. Enjoy your stay here…and for your sake let's hope we don't meet again in this place." The man said.

Jerome and him stared at each other for the longest. Not saying a single word to each other.

"Why am I getting such energy from you?" Jerome asked.

"Are you-" The man stopped speaking.

"Wait a second. Are you guys the Kani clan?!!!" The man asked while whispering.

Jerome nodded his head in agreement.

The man had a delightful look on his face when seeing that.

"We are part of the Leo clan. Nice to have allies here."

"We were about to get something to eat…come along with us." The man insisted.

Jerome turned around to see everyone nodding in a agreement.

Jerome rolled his eyes and agreed.

They followed the group of five. In total, it was 10 people.

Everyone stopped at a huge golden tower.

"Golden eats!" The sign said.

"Ladies first." The man said to Jerome.

Jerome said nothing and walked in.

"Table for ten please." He said.

After setting down and getting situated everyone started greeting each other.

The man that bumped into Jerome started first. Each group was sitting on the opposite side of the table.

"My name is Jericho. From the kostuch family!"

Jericho was Japanese, had low eyes, a well made man bun and had hooks with chains on his back, with an oversized katana in the middle.

He was wearing a robe with his arms crossed

His left eye was covered up with a eye patch.

"Next to me is Gerry. He's not much of a fighter but a good think and planer."

Jericho looked further down the line.

"Don't need to talk for me. I can do it myself." The girl said.

She cleared her throat.

"My name is Hannah, I'm from the Leo clan and I'm one of the best fighters they've got!" She said with enthusiasm.

"I have a useless expansion but have a strong power….I'll leave it at that!"

Jericho rolled his eyes and looked at the next person down.

"Introduce yourself."

"Hi…I'm 19, I like to hide…..that's all."

"Not even your name!!??" Jericho asked.

The man said nothing else. He pulled out some device and started playing on it.

"Just call him blue…." Jericho said.

"Last but not least…here's metal."

Down the table on the far end there was a huge man.

His arms were so built it looked as though his skin was about to pop out his flesh.

"I'm metal. 25, and I can't be harmed….nice to meet you all."

Metal had a tank top on with tight jogger pants.

Jerome and the others intro themselves also.

Caviar looked around to see everyone eating in peace.

"Am I the only one to find it weird how some of these people are civilized?" Xavier asked.

Blue quickly looked up from his device and started taking.

"Yea, it's pretty weird considering the fact that that's people are here for killing and such."

"Yea I know….it's weird." Jade added.

"What the hell is up with this city?" Frost thought to himself.

Frost snapped out of his thoughts when hearing Jericho speaking.

Frost turned his gaze to meet Jericho's eye.

"Your eye thing fell out."

Frost looked down on the floor and quickly put it back on.

"So your from the Frost clan? Makes sense, I should have known with a name like that." Jericho said.

"Yea I'm from the Frost clan. And I'm not proud of it."

"But your eyes look to be in good condition. They're not the brightest I've seen, but they are definitely strong."

Frost remembered what clan Jericho was from.

"You said your from the Kostush family?"

"Yep."

"If I remember correctly, it's like a reapear user but more defense and stands out more…right?"

"Your exactly right. But my eyes aren't completely matured."

Frost looked over at Jerome to see his eyes were closed.

"I'm a reaper user myself." Jerome said.

"Oh? We should spare sometimes, See which one is stronger!!" Jericho advised.

"But that is surprising….that I've found a user of the reaper. I thought your powers died off years ago."

"I don't know much about my power's history. But I do know me and my sister carry it. And we're the last ones."

"How interesting!! Me and my family thought you guys were done. But I don't think they would take a liking to that. So I'll leave it at this table."

Before anything else could be said the food was coming out.

Everyone quickly grabbed there pates and started digging in.

"Metal….try not to eat someone else's food either!" Hannah snapped.

Summer or out a little laugh.

Some time went by and everyone was getting finished with their plates.

Summer was talking with Metal and Hannah but suddenly turned her gaze to the tower hundreds of yards away.

She looked outside the window and back to Hannah.

"You can feel it to right?" Summer asked Jerome using her mind power.

Jerome nodded his head and Jericho did the same.

Jericho snapped his fingers.

In one quick motion Metal spot up and jumped in front of the table.

"Everyone get down!!" Metal yelled.

Everyone looked in confusion and got down quickly.

Before some could get low they got hit with unknown blue bolts.

Blood was everywhere and Metal took three hits to the chest defending the people at his table.

"The table, flip the tables!" Blue yelled out.

Everyone in the building quickly did as he said in that moment.

People were trying to run out but couldn't, the doors were locked shut.

As more and more people were getting shot Frost was thinly to himself.

"If this is the group then….that means the power family person is here….and in this building!!!"

Metal got hit so hard that his body was flown back into the wall.

"You ok, Metal?" Blue yelled out.

Metal slowly pulled the thing out of his chest.

"This is….is this Light, again?!" Metal asked.

"Xavier…do it now." Jerome yelled over.

"All seeing eye!!"

Xavier looked far away at the other tower. He could see two people standing on the roof.

"There on the top!!"

"Summer, teleport me over there now!! You all stay here." Jerome ordered.

Jericho stood up. "Not without me." He said.

Summer tapped her foot and the two guys were right behind the two figures.

"They really do have someone who can teleport them!" Jugo laughed.

"You must be the dumb assess that shot." Jericho said.

"Well obviously." Light said.

"There's ten of you in the same building as her…..this will be troublesome." Jugo whispered.

"Same building as who?" Jerome asked.

"One of the power families people."

Jerome and Jericho fell into silence.

The wind blew on the high building. They were hundreds of feet in the air. And it was a full moon.

"Well…..time to kill!!" Jugo yelled.

Before Jugo could do anything else, Jerome had thrown a little knife at him.

Jugo pulled out two huge chains from his back and swung them at the knife. He reflected it.

"Light…keep shooting while I have fun with these two."

"Sure thing."

Jugo smiled hard and was laughing.

"Both of you….come."

Jericho and Jerome pulled out their speeds and ran at Jugo.

Jugo jumped in the air and raised the chains over his head and slammed them into the building.

The chains went through the building, the building was about to collapse.

"Keep going!" Jerome yelled over.

Jericho and Jerome were both close to Jugo now.

All three of them were moving so fast that it looked like flashes of light on top of the falling building.

Jugo dodged the swing from Jericho's katana, he made Jerome have to block Jericho's attack.

"He's moving so fast!" Jerome said.

"You both aren't bad!!"

Jugo started doing weird movement, but it was very smooth like.

He threw his chain and grabbed Jerome around his ankle with it and threw him off the building.

Jericho ran at Jugo and started swinging his sword aggressively.

Jugo was blocking all of his attacks.

"Is that the best you've got?!!" Jugo yelled out.

"Nope…look down you idiot!"

Jugo took a moment to look down. He could see Jerome running on the side of the building right at him.

"Shit!"

Before Jugo could react, the building fell to its side and landed on another building.

It was almost like a bridge. The other building was keeping the tower from fully falling.

"We're not finished yet!"

Jerome tried to land a blow, but Jugo turned around and ducked.

Jugo started running down the side of the building with the two quickly following.

Frost and the people watched as they could see nothing but flashes of light running around the building at a fast pace.

"The-there here!! Everyone run!!" Someone yelled in the crowd inside the building.

People started pushing and shoving to get out the building.

"Shit….we need to hurry up and find them now!!" Hannah yelled.

Frost looked over to Summer and nodded.

"Time Freeze!" They both yelled.

Everyone in the building froze in place, everyone but the people with powers.

"That worked out well." The quite kid said.

"What the hell is even your name?" Jade spattered.

"It's Gerry…"

Everyone stopped talking when they heard a little girls voice from behind them.

"This must've some combined attack…interesting." She whispered.

Metal and blue flipped the table over to see a girl and a man wearing a nice suit laying the floor playing cards.

"Is this y'all's doing? That must Mean your the mean guys I've heard about….well, time to kill you!" The girl said with a smile on her face.

Blue and Metal had frantic looks on their faces.

"No no. You've got it all wrong miss. You see, we're here to protect you from those bad guys!" Xavier explained.

The man stood up quickly and pointed a gun at Xavier.

The girl looked in amusement at the man.

"Your not really good at your job are you!?" The girl asked.

The man looked down at the little girl with a confused look.

"Excuse me?" He said.

"That isn't a normal pistol…." Frost said.

"I'm confused…somethings not right." Summer yelled out.

"The act that you would try such a thing with the likes of me…..know your place." The girl snapped.

"My body guard went to the restroom and didn't come back….so who the hell are you?"

The man shrunk down in size and revealed who he really was.

The stranger had a hoodie and with their heads down.

"Who are you?" Blue asked.

The stranger lifted up their head to reveal a face.

"No way!! You- your hear also?!?" Frost asked.

Back on the fallen tower Jerome and Jericho were struggling against Jugo.

"Aren't you guys supposed to be strong? This is boring."

Jerome and Jericho were both beaten up and tired.

"Hey….you don't think that was our full power do you?"Jericho asked Jugo.

"Oh?"

"Let's show him….Jerome of the grim reaper."

Jericho said as his body started glowing with a yellow aura.

"Yea…let's do it!!"

Jerome said as his purple aura flew around his body.

"Ahhh, now you guys are getting serious?"

"Are you saying you were testing my strength??!!" Jugo yelled out.

"Cork at me with your full power." Jugo said as he was putting aura in the chains.

Jericho in that moment threw his sword at Jugo. But Jugo dodged it quickly.

Before Jugo could make a move, he noticed the sword was coming back.

Jugo turned back around to dodged. But he realized Jerome was already right behind him.

"Damn it!"

Jugo started spinning around viciously with his chains.

He was so strong that the wind was pushing Jericho back.

Jerome was still moving toward Jugo.

Jerome was close now. He landed a blow on Jugo's face.

Jugo kicked Jerome off the tower again. But Jericho used his aura to push him over the edge of the building and catch Jerome with one hand.

"Throw me up!!" Jerome commanded.

Jericho launched Jerome back at Jugo.

"Why won't y out both just die?!!" He yelled out.

"Grim reaper…Felix slash!"

Jugo could see a purple light headed towards him.

"Allow me to show you my hate." He whispered.

Jugo punched a whole in tower. The light was getting closer and closer now.

"Lagoon…expansion creation!"

In that moment Jerome's attack hit Jugo.

"Did you hit him? We win?" Jericho asked.

Jerome said nothing and looked to see where his body was.

The smoke from the attack cleared and Jericho had a surprised look on his face when he saw Jugo with dogs around him.

Below them, the city's ground was covered in what looked to be water.

And his dogs were made out of the weird goo like water substance.

"With my power…I can spawn anything at my disposal and I can't be damaged. This is the power of dark clan members….you've lost."

Jugo explained.

Jugo had the goo substance put into his hand.

A gun was formed and he aimed it at Jericho.

Jugo snapped his fingers and let the dogs attack Jerome.

"He's trying to split us apart!" Jericho yelled.

Jerome starting slicing the dogs up. But each time he did, they multiplied.

Jerome jumped off the tower with the dogs quickly following.

Jerome was headed straight down, head first to the ground.

A couple meters high he adjusted his body and went flying into a window.

When landing inside Jerome could see people's bodies.

"It's one of them….shoot him now!!" A man yelled in the far back.

Jerome looked up to see multiple people with guns pointed at him.

Jerome turned around to see the 10 dog still giving chase.

"I would gladly kill them but….captains orders say other wise. So in that case...mini expansion."

Everyone stopped in place in the small area that Jerome was in.

He turned back around to see bullets not far from his face.

"If I had taken any longer, I would have been killed."

Jerome walked past the dogs and jumped out the window.

He took his time walking up the building in the side.

He looked around and noticed helicopters in the distance.

"Shit….I'll need to take them out now."

Jerome got low to the building.

Aura was around his feet now.

"Release!"

Jerome could hear the dogs and people fighting.

"The guns should kill them….not that I really care!"

Jerome launched his body from the building towards the helicopters that were coming.

Back on the roof Jericho was struggling against Jugo.

Jericho was on the ground.

"I can't even touch him…." He said.

Jugo put his chains around his arms and spawned a rifle.

"These aren't normal bullets either…..my body can usually take normal bullets, but when I get hit with his-" Jericho stopped talking when noticing Jugo was running at him.

Jericho got up quickly to predict his next move.

Jugo shot at Jericho.

Jericho picked up his sword quickly to reflect it.

"Close combat instead!" Jericho yelled.

Jericho snapped his fingers and was face to face with Jugo.

"Impressive!" Jugo yelled.

Jericho and Jugo started throwing close range barrage attacks at each other.

Jericho was keeping up with Jugo's chains.

Jericho landed a blow on Jugo, but Jugo's body disappeared.

"Behind you!"

Jericho turned around to see a mini gun pointed at his face.

"Die!!" Jugo yelled out.

Jericho put his sword away and started running. He could hear the faint gun starting to heat up.

Jericho jumped off the building and was headed straight to the street where people were watching.

"Everyone move now!!"

People looked up to see Jugo with the gun in his hands.

Before the crowd of people could move. There were even more Jugo's with mini guns all around the city.

"Ready or not…..here we come!!" Jugo yelled.

Jugo started firing the gun.

People in the streets were getting killed and buildings were falling apart.

All throughout the city, destruction was happening.

Jericho was dodging bullets while running on the side of the building.

"Shit. He's created thousands of himself." Jericho said.

Jericho landed on the 12th floor.

No one was on the floor. All he could hear is peoples screaming and helicopters being bought down.

"Shit,shit,shit. This is only one of the enemies??"

"Where's Jerome? And why the hell hasn't the others made their move yet?"

Jericho was out of breath and tried to walk but couldn't.

Before he could do anything else he heard water falling behind him.

He turned around to see Jugo pointing a gun at his head.

A huge smile was on Jugo's face.

"Goodbye…little weakling!"

Jugo was about to pull the trigger until a huge explosion happened right next to the tower they were in.

Jugo was a big man with his shirt off and tight black pants. His pants showed perfectly in the window.

Jugo looked closer to see Jerome flying right at him.

Jerome flew through the window and kicked Jerome out the other side of the tower.

Jugo fell out in the street where people were pushing and shoving.

"Hahaha yes entertain me more!" Jugo yelled.

Jerome didn't stop using his momentum from the helicopter and was still on Jugo.

Jugo quickly gathered his chains and started swinging them in a 360 degree angle.

Everyone around him was being killed.

Jerome snapped his fingers and was behind Jugo.

Jugo formed a sheiks as Jerome attacked with his sword.

The two men took a step back from each other and stared into each other eyes.

"You have the same eyes as me!" Jugo said.

"The eyes…..of a killer."

"Tell me your name again!"

"It's Jerome…Jerome soul!"

"Hahahaha. Well Soul, I don't mind having a nice duel here. May the best man win!" Jugo yelled.

People were running past them in a panic.

Meanwhile back in the tower where Frost and the others were. The stranger took off their hoodie.

It was Bella.

This reminds me of when I had Trover and Adisa as gun point. Bella said.

When how the hell did you get in? Frost asked.

Are you kidding me!?? There's lots of people here. Bella explained.

"Hmm….excuse me miss but I don't like you…goodbye!" The little girl said.

Bella quickly whispered.

"Go to sleep!"

The child fell out on the floor.

"That's the annoying thing about her power…she cancels all yours for ten minutes and can put you to sleep by just saying it." Xavier thought to himself.

Bella looked back at everyone with a cold smile on her face.

"We're gonna play a little game….Frost and Summer u freeze these people now!"

"What are you up to?!" Metal asked.

"I wanna play hide and seek!"

"Now….who's ready for just the beginning?!"
