Chapter 4: is this yours?

after looking at the watch for a minute, wooyoung sat back on the bench, the watch still in his hand. he placed the watch next to him and leaned against the bench. "I wonder if mom is worried about me." he sighed, looking at the sky once more.

this time he saw something. it was quick, but he saw it. a light, to be exact. a quick light passing him and disappearing right after. his eyes widened and he stood up immediately, smiling like a madman. "was that a spaceship?" he looked at the sky more intensely. "please, come back..." he whispered silently.

and before he knew it, the same light passed by again, but this time it stopped above him. wooyoung looked at the weird light in the sky, trying to figure out what exactly he was looking at at the moment. "what are you?" he asked the weird light in the sky.

and as fast as it had appeared, the light was gone. wooyoung gasped and looked at the ground. "I wanted to see more of it though..."

"excuse me, but have you seen a shiny pocket watch anywhere nearby?" an unfamiliar voice suddenly disturbed the silence. wooyoung looked up to meet the eyes of the speaker, and to say he was lost in the unknown eyes because of how beautiful they were was an understatement. he could have stared at them for hours on end, never getting bored.

"um, are you okay?" the voice spoke again, breaking wooyoung's daze immediately.

"ah! sorry..." wooyoung blushed a little. "I think you're talking about this watch." he said and showed the copper watch to the man in front of him.

"that's exactly the watch I was looking for. thank you." the man reached for the watch, but wooyoung kept his hand on it. "are you going to let go?" the man asked.

"oh... sorry..." wooyoung gasped and let go. "take care of it from now on."

"huh? oh, yeah." the man raised an eyebrow and turned around.
