My Death Contract

Meredith was greeting her guests. She wore a red Valentino gown with a full skirt and abstract pleated top. Her Blonde hair was up in a chic slicked low twisted bun. She wore a gold Valentino logo hair clip encrusted with crystals. Her Cherry red stained lips matched her gown.

Most of the guests Meredithnot only didn't know but she had no idea who they were. Brayden seemed to know everyone although he didn't seem keen on being too social. He held a serious flat expression and other than the darkness behind his eyes there wasn't much difference from talking to him and an animated statue.

Meredith understood why he needed help with the social requirements of the CEO's chair. She had been to a couple of functions with him so far. At Mizuki's charity dinner she saw Brayden talking to guests but only from afar and couldn't really tell how he went about it.
