In another part of the Ziviel kingdom, where some men had volunteered to take matters into their own hands and had to protect their families, stayed with weapons of all sorts ready for anything that would come their way. The soldiers of the Ziviel kingdom had not even assigned any troops to help protect the residents of the kingdom. It infuriated the people and because of that, Thress lost any atom of respect or even fear that they had for him.

In one of the places made of red bricks, ordinary people were clamped in there. They squeezed themselves together almost like sardines. Whether it gave them comfort or it gave them a sense of shared fear, one wouldn't know. But they were so tightly packed that it caused a sense of security and refuge for them.
