A lieutenant went to one of the captains with a complaint from a squadron leader. He whispered in the ear of the captain who in turn went to a colonel. They strictly followed hierarchy and everyone knew their place. No one jumped the rank above them to the other rank with concerns and ideas. And that was how the order was upheld in the Taterra Army.
"I will let Sir Sabian know," one of them said as he spotted Sabian beside Major General, Trent.
As the colonel went to meet Sabian and the generals, Snow was returning to his position beside Trent. "Is it time yet?"
Trent lifted the binoculars to check if the Red Army was now in sight but he saw nothing.
"Makes me wonder if they are crawling," Trent said in a low tone, more to himself than to anyone else.
Sabian leaned to the side to listen to what the colonel had to say, his eyes darted to Trent instantly. He nodded his head. "Good, you did well."
