Life Goes On

Fifteen years later. Roselyn has grown up. She has worked for a food product distributor company in the city of G City. Roselyn almost forgot the Princess Vanetta fairy tale that she had heard from a beautiful young girl.

Roselyn hasn't heard fairy tales from anyone since that. The young girl was the first and last person to tell a fairy tale to her.

Since then, almost all of her childhood never got a single story from her parents. Roselyn rarely remembers when she had a father and adoptive mother.

She comes from an orphanage. The foster parents who took her as a child came in turn. But every time her foster parents got a biological child, Roselyn was always returned to the orphanage. For various reasons, of course.

Roselyn never knew what kind of biological parents were. From infancy until she was a teenager, she spent her life in an orphanage and with various forms of a family who adopted her.

Until finally Roselyn was tired and had no desire to have a father and mother. She hated and refused when other families come to adopt her.

She didn't want to be disappointed anymore. Thus she decided to stay in the orphanage until she finally grew up and could support herself. Study while working. That's what Roselyn did.

Life goes on. Roselyn's life must continue even though she has heartache. She was often rejected and returned by people who originally wanted her to be their family. But in the end, Roselyn took too many bitter pills.

"Aah, I am tired!" Roselyn rested her head on her desk.

Chloe, who was busy moving her finger swiftly across the computer keyboard feel disturb and turned her head towards Roselyn, who was sleeping at her desk with her head on top of a pile of sales invoices that she should have finished inputting into her computer application.

"You start again Rose!" Chloe's grouchy chided her exhausted coworker.

"I miss the holidays. I need a vacation, I need a picnic, I need to refresh my brain, how could I go around Korea if I work like this? " said Roselyn half shouting.

"Don't' expect too much! We are just ordinary workers, things like that are far from the sky, we can't have a vacation around Korea, "Chloe snorted and then resumed her job.

Roselyn lifted her head and glanced at Chloe while pursed her lips. She felt annoyed with Chloe who thought that her vision was too much.

"Finish your work before the manager comes here!" Chloe tried to warn the danger was coming.

Roselyn then stroked her long hair and then tied her hair with rubber from the rice she had wrapped for lunch earlier.

'Okey Roselyn, get your day's work done quickly. So, we can go home quickly and watch TV Drama as much as you like," said Roselyn in her heart trying to pump up her enthusiasm for work. Tonight, she should be able to finish watching all the episodes of Daniel Sheeran's latest drama. Only in this way Roselyn entertain from all the fatigue after a full day of work.

Seeing Roselyn's spirit return, Chloe smiled with satisfaction. Both of them seemed to be in a race. Who is quick to finish her work that day?

An hour later. Roselyn managed to input invoice data into her computer. And she's also drafted sales invoices and invoices for tomorrow's salesmen.

Roselyn stretched her body arched backward, sideways, and forwards. After that, she glanced at the clock on her desk. Almost nine in the evening. It's time for her to come home. Roselyn reached for the sling bag hanging from her cubicle worktop.

She glanced again at Chloe who was now seen polishing lipstick on her lips.

"You want to go to the club again?" asked Roselyn.

"Yeah, today my friend has a birthday at the club. I have to come." Chloe replied, seeing the reflection of her face in the powder glass.

Roselyn just looked enviously at her coworker. But instead of feeling jealous, Roselyn immediately left the workplace. She should seek other happiness on the bed.

"I'll go home first," said Roselyn, turning off her computer monitor.

"Hmmm."

Chloe's answer followed Roselyn's hasty steps. She had to catch up on the last scheduled departure of the bus stop to her place of residence.

Roselyn then left the office where she worked at the bus stop. It was late and it felt like every time Roselyn came home from work, she always thought at the bus stop. While waiting for the bus to come. She thought back to her life journey.

At her current age, there should have been several accomplishments she had achieved. Having a lover, owning your own rental house. Or she should have done the things she wanted.

Roselyn then saw from a distance that the bus headed for her home area was approaching. With slow steps, Roselyn then stood on the curb. When the bus arrived, Roselyn then got on and looked for an empty seat. She caught a glimpse of an old granny sitting in the fourth row. Both of her eyes seemed to be staring intently at her. Roselyn then prefers the back seat.
