Chapter 35 No Mercy

With Vlad's speed and the right guidance, Vlad quickly reached the entrance of the SMILE factory. However, what waited for him was Senior Pink.

Senior Pink: " So you have arrived, little punk."

Vlad: " Do you think you can take me alone? I heard Vergo was one of your executives, yet I was the one that took him out. What can you do alone?"

Senior Pink: " Even if I am alone. I will do my best to protect this factory. It is vital for my family to have."

Vlad: " For now, once my captain beats Doflamingo, then your family would be doomed. Your family is no match against us."

Senior Pink: " Doflamingo is no ordinary pirate. He won't lose so easily."

Vlad transformed into his hybrid vampire form. His hybrid vampire form was very simple. His fangs sharpen and enlarges, his finger nails grows longer and sharp while his red turns blood red with bat like pupils. This form also strengthens his body by another fold. For the full vampire form, it requires him to drink blood which can make him younger and able to use the all of the abilities that comes with the devil fruit.

Vlad dashed forwards as he brought his right claws forwards making a sweeping motion. However, Senior Pink just stood there and crossed his arms to block the attack. When Vlad's hand swiped hit Senior Pink, he was immediately sent flying backwards and crashed into the wall behind him.

Vlad already knew about the person's devil fruit and how Senior Pink could've avoided it if he tried, but the person just stood there and tried to block his attack. He got confused and thought that this guy was an idiot.

Vlad: " Are you underestimating me? You and Dellinger could barely handle me and yet you took my attack head on. Are you an idiot?"

Senior Pink stumbled as he got out of the wall. He was already bleeding from all over. Despite his superhuman strength he was sent flying from one hit and was already badly injured.

Senior Pink: " Fool. I do not hide or run away from a fight."

Vlad didn't know whether or not to laugh when hearing that statement. Even though he put his arms up to block the attack, it was just a basic tactic. Next, he saw Senior Pink swimming on the ground with half of his body above surface. Although Senior Pink took his attack full on with little guard up, only a fool would do the same for a big fight like this. Vlad did not have time to do that. If Senior Pink was an honorable person, Vlad would also fight in a more honorable way, however, just knowing up the tyranny Doflamingo and the several innocent lives he took, Senior Pink should've at least taken innocent lives too. After all, not all pirates were like his crew who would never take an innocent life at all.

Therefore, once Senior Pink swam just under him, Vlad gathered haki into his right hand and pierced down below. ' ugh' Senior Pink immediately puked blood as the strike hit and pierced him.

Vlad then pulled Senior Pink's body out from the ground and said, " Do you think I would be dumb as you. How many innocent lives have you taken throughout your life as a pirate. I bet it would be too many to count. I assume you have your own reason to dress up as that silly get up, but I don't need to know your reasons. As you follow Doflamingo who is still terrorizing innocent people at this moment and enslaving an innocent race of people, I have no sympathy."

Vlad held him up even higher and sent him a strong kick towards the outside. Vlad then continued to walk towards the door to the SMILE factory. Before, the Tontatta troops with him had already informed him that they will be following another way inside and unlock the door from there. Since it was just Senior Pink and some weak subordinates that showed up to block him, after Senior Pink's defeat, the others ran at the sight of his strength.

Not too long after, the door to the SMILE factory opened up as several Tontatta troops opened the door and told Vlad their successful mission. Since the Tontatta troops had successfully recued their friends, then Vlad only had one more job to do, which was to destroy the factory. Vlad finally pulled out his sword as he looked forwards. He put haki into his sword as a blood red aura began to form around him. With a slashing stance, Vlad shouted, " Blood Slash!!" 'shing' A bright red slash came flying out from his sword and sliced apart the several trees that had the SMILE fruit already growing as well as several large containers that held strange green liquid.

Vlad: " Now what are you guys going to do?"

Kabu: " Since we couldn't find Princess Mansherry here, we have to continue looking for her. Since she isn't here then from what the other guys were saying, she should still be in the Royal Palace so we are going to head there."

Vlad: " Alright, you guys can go ahead. I'm going to go see if there are still any of the Donquixote family officers are left."

Kabu: " Okay, good luck."

Vlad: " Yeah, you too."

During this time, Sera and Trebol was starting to fight. As a brawler, Sera would always start off with close combat. Several times did Sera try and land a solid hit on Trebol's body but like Daz had told her, Trebol's body seemed weird for a logia body. Even with haki, she couldn't land a hit and her hits just flew right past him. Trebol launched countless sticky attacks that tried to trap her but Sera was simply too quick for him to catch her.

It wasn't until she summoned her wings and started to fly in the sky that Trebol had trouble. When Trebol flew some mucus like substance at Sera did she use her flame attacks to counter. 'bang' There was an intense explosion soon after was the two attacks met. This made her think and gave her an idea. Knowing that the large explosions couldn't have come from her flame alone, she figured that Trebol's devil fruit must be highly flammable.

Sera smiled when she figured out a way to beat Trebol. She flew up high into the sky and started to fling several holy flames at Trebol. When Trebol saw the several holy flames coming at him, he panicked and started to fling several mucus shots to try and counter it. If even one of those flames touched him when he is covered in his own devil fruit, it would spell trouble for him. 'bang' 'bang' Several explosions went of as the distance between them became covered in explosions and they could no longer see each other.

Sera immediately flew down where the smoke from the explosions still covered her presence and started forming a large holy flame ball.

Trebol: " That woman. Where did she go."

Trebol was still having trouble on finding Sera until he sensed an intense heat coming from straight ahead of him. Before he could figure out what was happening, the fireball was already at his face. Showing a frightened expression, he tried to cover himself in haki but it was already too late and 'boom' the whole area exploded and a giant mushroom cloud formed at his location.

Sera: " Hmph and Paul said that these guys would be stronger than what we have faced so far."

However, this was only the case for Sera because she had the devil fruit advantage in this fight. As for Vlad, he was already pretty strong and have already faced off against one of the executives of the Donquixote family, so the officers below Vergo didn't give him much of a challenge.
