Chapter 146: The Warrior's Blade

“You have an amazing collection of history here,” Famallumi said as he entered the back room with the elderly Wanda in tow. “I never knew humans knew so much about the faerie world. How did you come by all of this lore?”

Rhychard watched as the elderly witch walked over to the snack table with the Lore Master Apprentice. Though Famallumi was young for an elf, he was practically the same age as Wanda. “A collection of sightings and interactions gathered over the centuries,” she said as they both reached for some homemade cookies Wanda had brought with her.

“I would love to peruse your histories at some point if that is acceptable,” the elf said, rubbing his hands together as if he talked about treasure rather than books. Then again, Rhychard assumed to a Lore Master Apprentice, books were a type of treasure.

Tansy nodded. “You’re welcome here anytime.”

Famallumi reacted like a child on Christmas morning. Rhychard just shook his head.
