On Sundays, Tansy left The Murky Cauldron to Wanda and Sherri, taking a day off for herself. Everyone needed a day to rest, catch up on some reading, even do laundry. Even witches needed to take care of the mundane things of life. However, today, Tansy scrapped all that for a quiet nature walk along the White Heron Trail at the south edge of town. The trail was part of the bird sanctuary set up decades ago to give nature lovers a quiet place to savor the peacefulness of life without technology or the sound of honking cars and speeding traffic. Tansy loved the quietness of the sanctuary, regretting how long since she last visited.
