Chapter 105 - Daughters of Darkness

Laci paced the parking lot of the florist, the others scattered about, searching the grounds, as well as the skies, for any sign of the Darkness. Tansy and Wanda joined Maggie Olsen and her Sisters of the White Oak inside the Full Bloom Florist, trying to decide the best course of action if the entity attacked. Nazareth leaned against the building, arms crossed over his chest, his silver flask in his hand as he stared out at Washington Avenue. Laci knew the necromancer had already decided to send Clara to hell along with the Darkness, and for the life of her, Laci couldn’t think of any way around it. She needed to know how much of Clara Underwood still remained and how much of her the Darkness devoured.

“What if that thing doesn’t show up?” Jayden asked, hands on her hips as she searched the withered trees around the florist. She turned and glanced at her sister. “I mean, all we know is what Selina’s told us, and honestly, that hasn’t been much. Do we even know we can trust her?”
