Abigail was pinned on the wall by a strong man, and she felt a sharp pain in her arms. “Let go of me. You are hurting me.” Tears started accumulating in her eyes, but she still stubbornly looked at the man’s eyes in a challenging way.
The man leaned over her. Their faces were inches away, and his hot breathing was fanning on her cheeks. There were many emotions in his deep green eyes which Abigail couldn’t decipher. She sneered, “And he said that he hid Xander for his safety. Ridiculous... in this country, no one dares offend the Reid family. From where does his enemy come? Humph... I've kept my mouth shut all these years just because of the safety of my grandson. But I will not keep silent anymore. I will tell everyone what he did to my daughter back then and expose him to the public.” 


Stacy got up to leave soon after she finished speaking, but Abigail stopped her, “Wait... you... don't do that. I'll... I'll try to get you the money you want. Just give me some time.”
