iii. PARIS: The Past

You ended up in front of an old battered-out Japanese restaurant in the middle of the Whispering Forest.

It is an open restaurant where the chairs and tables are laid on the forest ground.

The wind was slightly chilly this deep in the woods. Paris seemed to notice and wrapped his cloak on your shoulders.

Your eyes widened from his sudden action, and you turned to him unable to say anything.

"It is chilly," he said, justifying lending you his cloak despite your bitter exchange awhile ago.

"But..." you tried to remove his cloak but his fingers held your shoulders tight and faced you to him.

"No buts, if you don't keep still, I'll just have to shut you up like before," Paris said.

He was serious. Your cheeks burned from the memory. Damn Paris and the damned memory of his kiss.

"We were too young, then," you just have to say it or your throat will dry out from embarrassment.
