HAROLD'S POV.
I wanted to laugh. She couldn't be telling the truth could she? She was just saying that to make me feel better.
"And I like you too. I thought I have made myself clear on that one."
What she did ? When?
"I'm so sorry.."
I closed the distance between us and draped my arms around her, bringing her to my chest. Her hands came up to my face then before I could blink she had pressed her lips against mine.
I lived in the moment, tasting her sweet lips ever so gently and allowing my eyes to close on their own. I could feel my soul dancing around, my heart sighing in satisfaction and my mind going blank.
She made to pull away but I held her against me.
"Not yet..."
I mumbled between kisses and I could feel her smile against my lips. Until I remembered something crucial and pulled away, not letting go though...
"Are you going to give me a chance then?"
I asked.
