Chapter 95 The results

" Uhm....Cynthia, they took the samples to the laboratory and in three days the results will be ready. Can you now eat something, please?" he asked. "I don't want to. I only want my daughter. I'm flying to Blue City to search for her. My daughter is not dead," she said. "We are flying to Blue City together as soon as the results are back to look for her. I also believe that our daughter is alive." "Really?" she asked. "Yes, our daughter must be alive. Now eat something and get some energy for searching for our daughter. Okay?" he asked and she nodded before sitting and he began feeding her. At this rate, he decided to say what she wanted to hear so that she could take care of her health. After feeding her, he tucked her in bed and gave her company until she fell asleep.

When the three days got done, the results were brought back the next day in the afternoon. All members of the family were present except Mrs Howells who confined herself in the bedroom since then. Mr Howells of course did the opening of the properly sealed large blue envelope while others waited in anticipation. When he got the documents out, he perused through them and after what felt like forever, he passed them to the next person who was his mother and on looking at them, she immediately exclaimed," It can't be. These are total lies!!!" Luis stood up and came for the documents himself and after reading, he exhaled loudly and sat back.

"What are they saying?" Elena asked but he didn't reply. "Luis, let me take a look too," she repeated and he glared at her. "And you do what? You bring her back? Isn't it what your mother wanted? Are you happy now?" he growled. "How could you say that Luis? How can I be happy when I've lived with this guilt for the whole of my life?" she wailed.

"Enough!!! Luis, you will handle the exhumation tomorrow morning and bring her back home. Tomorrow we shall give her a proper burial together," Mr Howells left for his room.

Elena was disappointed by his reaction because he didn't reprimand Luis. Did he also think the same way?

Going to his room, he found that Cynthia was done with packing her bags and was now packing his. The moment she saw him, she said," Hurry up. We are going to be late." He didn't know how to break the news. He said," We are not going to Blue City." "Why?" "Because we found her," he said. "R-really? Take me to her," she said excitedly as she approached him. "The results came back. They are positive." "I'm talking about my- what!!!?" she exclaimed when she realized what he was talking about. "Yes. She's our missing daughter. It is confirmed." "My daughter is not dead. I can feel it. I don't care about those damn results," she said but later she felt her head spinning and when she fell, he was quick to catch her. She had fainted. He laid her on the bed.

The next day therefore, the three conducted a proper burial. She was laid to rest in the gardens of the mansion. The two women, Cynthia and Grandma Terry didn't show up to pay their respects. Cynthia wasn't in her right state of mind while Grandma Terry refused to believe that saying that she knew what she saw.

When the burial was done, Elena was now planning on how to get rid of Luna so that she removes all kind of evidence.

Away from that, Graham had made plans for him and Luna. Since it was a Saturday, he wanted their day to be eventful.

In the morning, he told Luna to casually dress up which she did without question. That's how she was, a submissive woman and unknowingly, it was one of her charms. He loved the way she always submits to him without doubt and question. At this rate, Dylan had gotten used to staying home with his nanny so it wasn't a problem.

Sitting in the car, she wondered where they were going but she didn't dare ask him. They were only two of them. Along the way, they were chitchatting about random things. When

the car packed, she realized that they were going to a museum and her excitement knew no bounds. She didn't get the chance to experience these things in her childhood but before she could get out of the car, he told her to first wait and said," I don't want to attract unnecessary attention because this is our special day. So, we are putting on these masks, okay." She nodded and he helped her wear it before he wore one himself and they headed to the museum hand in hand with their fingers entwined. He would have made a preparation in such a way that it was only the two of them at the museum but knowing Luna, she must want to see other people around and true to his guess, she became excited when she saw the crowd in the museum.
