After having Libbo give her a concerning answer, Camellia decided she should try to attend the funeral to figure out some information(and possibly repent for accidentally killing the rabbit-dolphin).
'Looks like they're gathering in the main building, I always thought that was the farmer's house, but from this angle, I guess it does look a bit bigger than a house should be huh?'
As she peaked out from the barn's shadows, she watched as people entered and left a large school-like building with heavy and grim expressions. The building looked to be just one floor tall, but was quite large. It looked like it could fit at least five gymnasiums inside of it and still have room for a few classrooms.
'I keep thinking of it like it's a damn school... Forget about describing it for now, wake up!'
*slap slap*
As Camellia lightly slapped both sides of her face a few times, she started to think more about how to actually enter the building, or how to find where the event was specifically happening so that she could stalk it like an assassin to get information.(***Maybe you can hide in a box and crawl around?)
'It looks a bit like one of those 'Drive-by' funerals, I had one for my dad so I know how they work. Luckily it doesn't look like they're using a ticket or anything to enter, but it's a small town so they probably all know each other by name huh... This is harder than I thought it would be...'
'Normally I would... but my Isekai-God intuition is telling me not to...'

Bing Bing~
Long time no see! How's the wife and kids huh? Oh, Timmy's four now? That's great!
Well, I'd love to chat up a storm and catch up with you guys like the old friends we are, but sadly my time has been getting cut shorter and shorter!
Are my ratings really that low~?
Now now enough stalling, onto the question!
Why wouldn't it be a good idea to pose as a foreigner? Maybe even a merchant of some sort?
[This village is in the middle of a dangerous forest! Forget about foreigners and merchants, I doubt even most adventurers or warriors would bother risking it to come out here!]
MM, Good answer! but that's not all~
Care to complete your question to get full points on the test sir great mage?
[Uh... Well, I suppose it would be hard to pass as a foreigner because she looks similar to a child?]
I mean, that could be another answer I suppose, but that's not what I'm looking for sorry~
[But the answer isn't wrong??]
Ohhh~ come on great mage, you know that schools don't actually care about you getting the right answer or not~
Well, not this one at least!
{Unknown relations}
DING DING!!
Look at mr Beast-Lord, oh so smart~
[Why does his name get capitalized with hyphens?!]
It's exactly because of that! Camellia has no idea what kind of relations this town has with other villages or tribes. Not to mention her being a beast-kin! Back when she was first entering the village the guard even asked about why Zeph brought a 'non-elf child.'
What a bunch of racists!
[You didn't answer my question Jaxx]
That's Mr. Jaxx to you Great-Student-kun!
[IT'S GREAT-MAGE! Why'd you hyphen it this time?! Why you!!]
Welp, that's all this time folks! hope you learned something new~
Jaxx out!

'Right, I should probably try to stay hidden then. I can probably just stick to the wall and try to put my ear up against the-'
"Hehehe"
As a crooked smile widened across her face, a shadow covered her eyes, giving off a creepy stalker-like presence unfit of her cute appearance.
'I'M A GENIUS!'
Praising herself of an unfinished idea, she quickly ran to the barn where she had previously fought the disgusting chicken-pig creature thing. Last time she was here, the bird had pecked into the door frame causing stuff to fall everywhere, which at the time didn't mean too much. Now however, it was different!
'Here, found it!'
When she was running around the slightly cramped room, she had remembered seeing a few wooden mugs that had been knocked over from the bird's rampage. She had grabbed them with glee and started fiddling with them using her 'Thread Weaving' ability to take the handle off of one of them.
'Ha! Just sit and wait for my genius to take form! This Isekai-God can make any situation manageable with nothing but what's at my disposal! Just watch as I...'
She then summoned a bit of burlap from her 'Inventory' And started making some thread out of it, but being careful to not use 'Thread Manipulation' so it wouldn't burn. She then made a small hole at the bottom of both mugs and passed the thread through with her fingers, tying it into a knot so it wouldn't fall out. After repeating this on the second mug, her brilliant creation was complete!
"JaJaaaannn~"
'I present to you, this world's very first wired phone!'
'D- Don't call it a toy! With this I can just put it on a windowsill or floor and people will just think it's a mug, but in reality it's a microphone! I'll be listening the whole time using the other end, sitting comfortably out of anyone's view!'
'W... well...'
***haha, idiot… Wait, was I always this dumb?
After storing away the burlap and 'Wired-phone' she snuck out of the barn and once again pathed towards the school-like building only to be met with some unsettlingly familiar faces.
'What are Lily and the others doing here?!'
'I guess, but still...'
Camellia had still not gotten over her guilt and shame since that day, I mean, who could? She hadn't known Junjun and Lily for long, but they had already felt like little sisters in a sense to her.
Jaxx had grown up in an orphanage where children were in and out, he played family and grew bonds with the kids only for them to be adopted by a caring family, only to forget him. He was used to having to leave people he considered family suddenly like this, but this time was different. They hadn't been given a family, or were the ones that left. This time, Camellia stole their only source of income and something the kids and the man who took care of them cared for dearly, the flame. Then... she ran away without saying a word.
'Enough of that sad stuff. Libbo, where do you think would be the best place to look for information?'

'No, there's nothing that can be done anyways, they hate me and Zeph would probably kill me if I tried to confront them, so there's nothing that can be done.'
Fuck off
'Sure, sorry.'
***Rolling over like that cause she told you you can't be sad? C'mon man...
