Chapter 2 MEETING

[Location : Stephanie's room]

The first thing that appeared in the phone screen was a creature which looked like a dragon welcomed her with two buttons, the left hand side was green in color and under it was written yes while the right hand side was red in color and under it was written no, without thinking twice, stephanie tapped the red button and immediately disappeared

[Location :Venus]

Stephanie could find herself falling from the sky, she landed on the ground with her back and groaned painfully

"skills 0, agility 0, self protection 0"

A creature said

"my name is ferry and I am your in game tutorial, and you are now in venus the game which you downloaded in your phone"

Ferry added

"how am i in this game"

Stephanie said panicking

"you tapped the red button right "

Ferry asked

"yes"

Stephanie answer

"that can explain why you are in the game"

Ferry said smiling

"wait, so you mean i will be in this game till i win"

Stephanie said breathing heavily

"no.."

Stephanie interrupts ferry

"so I can get out of here without wining"

"yes, you can get out by hitting the yellow button on your wrist watch"

Stephanie looked at the wristwatch and hit it

"why isn't it working, I'm supposed to be out of here"

Stephanie quarreled

"you can't leave till you finish the training mode"

Ferry said as he smiled wildly and immediately stephanie disappeared again and began to fall from the sky again but this time, stephanie didn't landed on her back but her feet

"skills 15, agility 09, self protection 0"

Ferry said

"Whoa, did i just fell from the sky and landed on my feet"

Stephanie said in amaze, ferry looked at her and chuckled

"have you even take a look at yourself"

Ferry said as he walked to the front of stephanie and turned into a mirror, stephanie gasped in surprise seeing how she was well composed and beautiful in body structure, after that ferry turned into a dragon again. Before the blink of an eye, bullets were running towards them, stephanie was now very scared and screamed heavily immediately all the bullets which were coming towards her got iced and broke, ferry smiled again

"skills 25, agility 09, self protection 25, supernatural ability ice"

Ferry said, stephanie said nothing but panted heavily

"now we will head to the orb shop"

Immediately, stephanie and ferry appeared in a place which was fill of many magical and supernatural objects and weapons

"wow, so this is the orb shop"

Stephanie exclaimed

"yes, here you can buy all supernatural or magical weapons of your choice"

Ferry replied

"wait, do you mean we buy these weapons with real money"

Stephanie asked

"no, you buy them with orbs, you obtain them by killing creatures, and as your first time buying a tool here, you will get it for free but just once"

Ferry answered, stephanie walks around the room looking at all the objects and weapons, immediately stephanie saw a dagger which glowed profusely

"I need this one"

Stephanie said as she tapped it

"this weapon is called dagger of frost, it will increase your skills by five(5) percent and twelve (12) of speed, this weapon can also change into a sword, and arrow, it supernatural ability is ice"

Ferry explained

"yeah, I need it, it follows my supernatural ability"

Stephanie commented, immediately the dagger flew into the dagger-belt which was on stephanie's waist

"back to the training area"

Ferry said and stephanie returned back to the training ground

"I'm going to leave you now stephanie, you must now survive alone till you clear the training level, and don't call yourself stephanie in the game, your name is calyx, your identity must be a secret and don't die"

Saying these words ferry disappeared

"I'm alone"

Stephanie aka calyx said and signs, but suddenly snake of different species began to crawl hastily towards her looking hungry. Stephanie screamed expecting the snakes to get iced but it was a different case because it seemed to have no effect on them, calyx was now very scared and ran as fast as she could, she ran into a cave and the snakes followed her into it too

"oops"

Calyx said bringing out her dagger which glowed in high level, without wasting time, stephanie turned the dagger into a sword and began to kill every single one of them, calyx was now very angry and screamed again, immediately all the snakes turned into ice and died, as the snakes died so did orbs fly out of them into calyx pocket, calyx signed and stepped out of the cave but to her surprise she met a gigantic snake staring at her angrily, calyx screamed again and the snake got frozen but didn't shattered, calyx immediately brought out her dagger of frost and turned it into an arrow, she targeted it in the eyes of the snake, the snake began to bleed heavily on its eyes due to this the snake forced itself to move in the ice and broke into pieces, lots of orbs flew away from the snake as it began to disappear, suddenly, a bullet flew behind calyx, calyx turned back and saw a male guy who held a gun

"whoa, are you a (NPC) Non player character"

Calyx asked

"no, I'm not a NPC, or are you the (NPC), though my name is clark"

Clark answered

"my name is calyx, and by the way I'm telling you my name when you wanted to kill me"

Calyx replied

"no, I didn't mean it, I was just trying to kill that snake"

Clark apologized

"okay, whatever"

After their conversation, they both continued their journey to level one, after some hours they arrived in a place whose surface was covered with lava, the surface of that area was covered in steam and made some creepy sounds

"what creatures might this area holds"

Clark asked as he signed heavily, immediately some screeching sounds where heard and some packs of hyenas appeared in the area

"hyenas"

Calyx answered as she brought out her dagger and made a stance which signified that she was ready to fight and kill, clark on the other hand brought out his gun which turned into a whip rope and used it to whip the ground

[LOCATION :Stephanie's room]

Mrs.talot stepped into stephanie's room and found nobody, it was already six o'clock pm and she was not on her bed

"hum, I wonder where she might be, well maybe she went to buy something, anyways I'll come back later"

Mrs.talot said as she left the room

[LOCATION :Back in Venus]

All the hyenas were bleeding because they had sustained injuries due to calyx and clark's attacks, they were now few in numbers because most died while others ran, calyx and clark were free from injuries because they were the ones on top, they ended up killing all the hyenas and rejoiced, suddenly a portal appeared beneath them and they fell into it.

Calyx and clark appeared in a place which was known as level one they looked at everywhere and immediately ferry appeared to calyx

"as you can see, you are in level one also known as mercury do you want to exit the game or continue"

Ferry asked

"yes, I want to exit"

Calyx answered

"then you know what to do"

Ferry replied, without wasting time calyx tapped the yellow button on her wrist watch and disappeared

[LOCATION :Stephanie's room]

Stephanie yawned tiredly and slept on the bed because it was already late.
