They should have gasped, but instead, their teeth gritted in anger as they saw how the 11 elders saw them as a joke. They laughed, pointed fingers at them, then laughed again. It was unacceptable. But, they were able to compose themselves as they realized that it was nothing compared to what they would do.

However, that reaction only came from the normal soldiers. The battalion commanders, the Supreme Generals, still had their solemn faces. They had controlled themselves as this was just a basic form of provocation.

Ghon watched them carefully. He was one of the people who looked seriously at the 11 Elders who stood a distance away from them. They were all alone, with no backups to support them. Ghon could see it too; the eyes of the battalion commanders were complacent while serious. And just as he thought of it, he couldn't help but snicker.
