Find me in your memory

Three of them boarded the car and started to the airport. The others were going to join them in the airport. Xiulin looked out of the car as the house got smaller and smaller as they left the neighbourhood. She felt like she didn't spend enough time with them. But can you feel this much for them just by staying with them for a year?


She didn't know. But maybe you can with that much patience, kindness and love. Either way she has to forget them. Her brother was more important. Maybe she can come meet them or write a letter? Wait no, that's too dangerous. She was in a dilemma.


She raised her eyes when she felt someone squeeze her hand. Bohai gave her hand a reassuring smile which she tried to reciprocate. Zixuan, whose eyes don't miss this, looked at them with doubt remembering the conversation last night.


Yang Shi who was serving food for her husband telling him all her adventures for the day didn't notice her eldest son entering the kitchen and eavesdropping .


"Xian, Ah Lin is such a sweetheart. Though she has been betrothed to Zixuan, she will be more happy with Bohai. Don't you think so?"


Jun Xian can agree but with the young generation today you never know. He personally kept Xiulin here because she was a very sweet child but he knew she doesn't have any debt to pay nor is she obliged to marry one of his sons. 


Though his wife might take some time to understand, he knew in her heart Xiulin's happiness is what mattered. And that's what he wanted as well. He wanted all his 3 kids to be happy and be in a happy and healthy relationship.


"Shi-ah, they both are kids. And I repeat before you argue "Kids". Let them be. Let them like and be with whoever they want to be."


"I know what you meant. But Xiulin can choose for herself."


"I really like her as my own, Xian. I want her to be in our family."


"I know but we need to keep in mind that we didn't get Xiulin here to marry her off to one of our sons. We got her here to provide her a better life.She is not obliged to be with them. Think about it? What if little Lin took a fancy to someone? I think we need to respect that. Okay?"


Yang Shi thought about it and nodded understanding her husband.


Jun Cheng smiled pleased with her understanding and patted her head lovingly. His wife is so thoughtful.


Jun Zixuan who heard all this couldn't help but frown at the thought of Xiulin liking someone else.


The same feeling rushed upon him now. And he didn't know what that was. But his sneaky heart knew that the famous jealousy had finally made its entrance after a long due.


"Are you guys dating?"He regretted the minute the words left his mouth.


Bohai and Xiulin looked at each other at the same time and burst out laughing.


"She is like my sister,"Bohai said, patting her head while she let out a giggle. Making them all smile.


She was engulfed in a hug the minute she entered the airport. Lihua was so so excited that she couldn't just stand straight. Lihua has been to London so many times with her parents. But nothing can beat this time with Bohai and Xiulin of course also the rest of them.


Ning stood back in daze as she couldn't believe she is going out of the country.Yes, Lihua's parents were very sweet and were willing to take her a lot before times but with her parents working for them they didn't feel it was really appropriate and also her being way too young back then. They couldn't help but feel excited for their child. They were ecstatic.


She smiled wide at Xiulin who made this happen. Lu Jin and Han Feng were waiting near the Boarding aisle with their bags waving at them with their full smiles.
