Blame Your Boyfriend

When Nixxi stopped the car she looked at Yanmei who slept beside her on the seat. She smile and thought ' She is really tired. I thought she was upset about Kim's attitude toward her and made excuse to leave the restaurant'.

"Yanmei! Yanmei wake up"

Yanmei opened her eyes and looked at her friend with concern "What happen?"

"Nothing, we just reached our destination"

Yanmei looked out of the car and saw a huge building "Will I live here?"

"Yes, let's go. I am sure you'll like your new home" Nixxi said with excitement.

"I am sure it'll better than my previous home" Yanmei said and remember her life before she ran away from her pack.

Nixxi narrowed her eyes. She still didn't know anything about her new friend and she didn't force her to tell anything. She just waited for Yanmei to tell everything willingly.

"Yanmei, I will never force you to tell me anything about you but always remember that you are not alone. I'll always here for you" Nixxi said with calm tone.

Yanmei didn't say anything just nodded.

"Anyway let's go" Nixxi said.

Yanmei didn't said anything just follow Nixxi. She took a key from her purse went to the elevator. When they entered the flat Yanmei looked everywhere.

"Do you like it?" Nixxi asked.

Yanmei looked at Nixxi "I love it. It's amazing".

"Glad you like it. And don't forget we'll go shopping tomorrow"

Yanmei smiled at Nixxi and said "Thank you for everything. I don't know what'll I do if I didn't meet you. Thanks Nixxi. I'll never forget what you did for me".

Nixxi looked at Yanmei and asked "You want to return all of my favor?"

"Yes, if I can help you, I'll " Yanmei said desperately.

Nixxi looked at Yanmei's eyes and said "Then make my brother fall in love with you and marry him".

Yanmei's eyes were wide and her mouth hang opened.

Looking at Yanmei's shocking face Nixxi laughed.

Yanmei blinked and understood her friend was just kidding. But for a moment she thought Nixxi wanted Yanmei and her brother together.

"Nixxi!" Yanmai warned.

"You should look at your face Yanmei" Nixxi laughed again.

Yanmei rolled her eyes and murmured "I don't think your brother can love anyone. I was shocked to see Kim with him".

Nixxi stopped laughing and said "You are right my brother never love anyone like that. He loves me but that's different. And I told you he is not with Kim".

"You said that but he goes date with her" Yanmei said with low voice but Nixxi heard it.

Nixxi turned and stared at the open door for some moment and said "It's getting late Yanmei, I should go otherwise my overprotective brother will come here looking for me".

"You mean, he'll cancel his date with Kim and come here looking for you?" Yanmei knew her boss was protective toward his sister but he wasn't crazy, right?

Nixxi looked at Yanmei and smirked "Not only for me". Blush appeared on Yanmei's cheek and she looked away. Nixxi continue "And I told you he would never go with Kim".

"I think it's late and I am tired" Yanmei change the topic.

Nixxi smiled "close the door when I'll leave. Though this is the safest place. But still".

Yanmei nodded "bye Nixxi"

"Bye Yanmei. If you need anything call me" Nixxi left and Yanmei closed the door and took a deep breath.

When Nixxi left the building and went to her car she took a deep breath and closed her eyes "If Yanmei saw brother, she think you are a creepy stalker".

"Well, she didn't know that I was here" Lijun shrugged.

Nixxi turned to look at her brother "Brother should come in front of her and apologize for his girlfriend's behaviour".

Lijun narrowed his eyes "I thought little sister know me more than anyone".

"I just repeat what brother said in the restaurant. And we thought you went dinner date with your girl friend" Nixxi mocked.

"If sister want to blame anyone, you should blame your boyfriend"

"What"

Seeing Nixxi's puzzled face Lijun continue "Sister didn't tell me where she'll go with her friend but you told Eon Jung and he told his sister. So If sister wants to blame anyone blame your boyfriend".

She was angry with Eon Jung but didn't say anything in front of her brother. She knew how much Lijun was protective over her. Though he liked Eon Jung but he didn't like Eon Jung with her.

"Why were you in the restaurant?" Nixxi can't blame her brother for Kim's behaviour but he shouldn't came there too and that's why she didn't tell him about the place.

"I wanted to eat chinese food" he said confidently

She narrowed her eyes and he sigh "We still can't catch the werewolf and you were there without any protection. I was worried for your safety. That's why I went there"

"Only for me?" Nixxi asked.

"Only for my little sister" Lijun didn't tell that he was worried for Yanmei too.

"Brother shouldn't worry about me. I am not a kid anymore. I can fight and protect myself. After all brother shouldn't forget I am not a new born vampire, I live century".

"You are always kid for me and I always think about your safety. After all you are my only family" he said with sad smile and Nixxi felt sad too.

She never miss their parents because they were not good parents. In fact Nixxi was glad that they were not here with her. Both of their parents were abusive and she was glad that they were gone. But she missed Lu Han. He was different than Lijun. Lijun was strict but he was fun loving and her best friend.

She looked away and said "Do you think he was in peace?"

Lijun had neutral expression and he knew his sister talk about their late brother "I don't know".

Nixxi looked at her brother "I think he is happy".

Lijun narrowed his eyes "How do you know that?"

"Because he got his true love and I know he was happy with her" sad smile appeared on her face.

Lijun was irritated by his sister's words "Our brother died because he was fool enough to fall in love with a mortal".

Tears appeared on her eyes "It's not her fault. They both loved each other".

"There is no love in the world. Humans are selfish and greedy" rage appeared on his face.

"We were humans once" she said and irritated Lijun more "We are not humans anymore. We are powerful than any humans or any other creature. We are immortal".

She knew her brother didn't hate humans, he was just angry for Lu Han's death. And he thought if Lu Han didn't fall for the human girl, he didn't die. Nixxi didn't blame that human girl because she died with Lu Han. She felt sad to think about them.

She stared at her brother's cold eyes and said "I think brother forget that Yanmei is a human too".

He didn't say anything and left but before left he looked at the floor to look someone's glimpse but the light was off and he can't saw anyone. He sigh and left from there before his sister said anything about his new obsession.
