Important Meeting

Yanmei and Lijun sat beside each other. Lijun started radio. Yanmei looked at his face and then look out of the window.

Lijun's eyes were on the road but his focus on her. When they came near a restaurant he asked "Are you hungry?"

She looked at him and shook her head "I already ate my breakfast". Then she looked at him questioningly and he reply "I am not hungry either".

They both sat there silently for some moment and Lijun thought 'Now it's a good time to know about her. Nixxi isn't here from stop me to interrogate her best friend '.

He looked at her one more time and sigh. He was with her in the morning because of it but what did he do? He told her about his late brother. He didn't go there for friendly chat but he can't control himself. That's new to him. He always control everything but when it's come to this human he his brain stop thinking and his body did everything on their free will. And he didn't like it. That's why after he told her about his brother, he behave rude to her. It's not her fault, he was angry with his own reaction. And when she cried it hurt him to his chest. He didn't know what was wrong with him and he didn't plan to ask about it to anyone. And then he did something he never does. He apologized to her. He was the King. Everyone obeyed his order. In the century he never felt empathy or other person's pain. But now he felt it and it scared him. He should stay away from this dangerous little kitten but like a love sick puppy he stick with her again.

"When'll Nixxi return?" Yanmei's voice brought him back from his thoughts.

He looked at her "When aunt will allow her".

She looked at him and "Where are your aunt live? Maybe you told me but I don't remember right now".

He stared at road "I didn't tell my aunt's address Kitten",

She narrowed her eyes "But you tell me she is out of the town to meet your Aunt".

"Yeah, I told you that" he looked at her and continued "My aunt live in a village with her friends. She misses us because we are her family. That's why Nixxi or I always visit her once in a month".

He looked at her again and looking her face he can tell she believe it and he took breath. He smiled and thought ' my little kitten is curious about my family'. Then shook his head. What the hell! ' His Kitten?' She was not his kitten.... Yet.

After some time she asked "Why don't your aunt let Nixxi uses her phone?"

He sigh and thought 'she would not give up the topic' and looked at her "My aunt loves family time and she gets annoyed when we spend time on mobile more than our family".

She smiled sadly "It's nice to spend time with family, family who loves you".

He looked at him and thought ' Is she thinking about her family?' He remembered what she said about her family and his grip tight on steering wheel. He needed to visit her family soon. And he wanted to talk with her father and he can imagine that will not turn well.

Yanmei hesitant "Nixxi didn't tell me about your aunt or your brother".

"Maybe you guys are not best friend like you guys tell everyone or you are just a crappy friend who don't care about her friend's family" he said calmly.

"I am not a crappy friend"she snapped.

His one brow raised "You are not?"

Anger appeared on her face "You know what this is my fault. I should not take lift from you".

"Now you look like my little angry Kitten who'll uses her claws now" he said with teasing tone.

"You are horrible and forget about the keys. I'll not help you to get your keys".

His eyes were wide "You promise"

She cut her sentence "And you promise to behave but here you are pissed me off again"

He didn't look at her and murmured "I can't help it. When you are around I can't think properly".

She narrowed her eyes "What do you say?"

He sigh "I'll behave from now" He looked at her eyes and said "I promise".

She shut her eyes for some moment and took a deep breath. This guy always brought worst of her. Because unfortunately he affected her.

She looked at him "I can't wait for Nixxi to come back soon".

His eyes on the road "me either".

Nixxi was in a mansion with Eon Jong and Kim. She didn't like to meet one of their enemies but one of the royals should come here for meeting with the witches.

"Why doesn't your brother come?"Kim asked again.

Nixxi was irritated with Kim's lots of question about her brother. She was closed enough to tell Kim to call Lijun and ask him. But she stopped herself. But someone else wasn't stop himself.

"You should ask him about it. We all know Lijun doesn't need any excuse. He is our king if he can't come here then maybe he has more important work. Btw Nixxi is a royal vampire too and sister should respect it" Eon jong said.

Kim rolled her eyes but before she can say anything the three vampires heard an familiar voice and stop their conversation.

"Long time Nixxi " she recognized the voice. Nixxi and Lijun always tried to stayed away from her. Daiyu was one of the most powerful witch. As a royal vampire Nixxi wasn't scarred of this young Lady but can't say about others two. Kim shifted beside her when they heard Daiyu's voice.

A fake smile appeared on Nixxi's face "Nice to see you too Daiyu".

Daiyu smirked "I am sure you are glad to see me. I wish I can say that to you too".

She looked behind three vampires "oh! I see, your brother isn't here with you".

"That's why I am here. My brother is busy. I hope you don't mind"

Daiyu gave a fake smile "Of course not, I am glad that princess is here".

Nixxi matched her fake smile "I am sure you are. Anyway we should talk about important things".

That fake smile disappeared on Daiyu's face "Not now. You guys come our house, you must be tired. We'll talk about that matter".

Before Nixxi said anything Daiyu said something to one of witch and she smiled at the vampires.

"This is Chu Huo. And if you need anything tell her and please rest tonight. We'll meet at the dinner" Daiyu said and leave.

Nixxi didn't feel good about it but she didn't have any choice. But She can't let her brother come here and talk to the witches. Yeah, he was not good at talking. Maybe because He always order everyone. And she was good at talking and right now they need these witches help again.

She looked at Chu Huo and three of them followed her and went to their rooms. After Chu Huo left Nixxi closed her door and murmured "Look like I have to spend some days here".

She thought about her brother and Yanmei. She felt guilty for not inform Yanmei that she was leaving for some days. She looked at her purse and remembered that she didn't have one because witches don't like mobiles. Maybe because they loved nature and they got power from nature.

Nixxi screamed in her heart and thought "I hope brother would not trouble Yanmei". She can't went there and help Yanmei but she had a feeling that her brother will not hurt her friend and Yanmei can protect herself.
