"Reincarnation Is The Story We Tell. In The End, Its The Story Itself Thats The Reincarnation." ~ Kim Stanley

The Man In The Brown Coat Looks Towards Me With His Eyes Intensely Focussed On Mine. He Sits Quietly On A Chair As He Looks Towards Me.

"So You Jumped." He Mumbles, In A Hushed Tone As He Continues To Stare At Me.

"Where Am I?" I Look At Him As I Sigh. "I Jumped From The Window Didn't I? And Why Are You Here? You Of All People?"

"So Many Questions." He Mumbles As He Gets Up. "And Yet No Correct Answers."

I Suddenly Find Myself Unable To Move As I See Wisps Of Smoke Slowly Making Its Way Towards Me From The Fireplace. The Man Removes His Hat As He Smiles.

"Do You Believe In God, Faith?" He Asks Me As He Materializes A Chair And Sits Facing Me. "Are You Familiar With The Book Of Genesis?"

"Yes." I Sigh. "The Book That Tells Us About The Creation Of The World, Adam And Eve And Everything Else." I Look At Him. "What's That Got To Do With Anything?"

He Removes His Coat As He Looks At Me With His Amber Coloured Eyes. As I Stare, His Eyes Suddenly Turn Bright Orange As He Grins.

"The Book Of Genesis, Indeed Talks About The Creation Of The World. But I Don't Take It That You Are Very Religious." He Smiles.

"I Believe In Things That Exist. Religion Doesn't Sway Me, I Believe That Everything Exists For A Reason. Things That Make Logical Sense Appeal To Me, Not Superstitions." I Sigh Taking A Deep Breath Still Unable To Move.

The Wisps Of Smoke Slowly Waft Throughout The Room. I Cannot Smell It Strangely Enough.

"I See. Logic Appeals To You. But What Logic Can Experience What You Are Seeing Now?" He Smiles.

"I Am Not Dead." I Sigh. "I Must Be Hallucinating."

He Bursts Into Laughter As He Wipes His Tear. "Trust Me Faith Clair, You Are Already Dead." He Smiles. "The Big Black Wolf Caught You This Time, And You Are Now In Its Belly."

How!? How Did This Man Know About The Wolf!? About Anything Else!?

"I Knew There Was Something Off About You." I Look At Him. "How Do You Know So Much About Me!?" I Look At Him , Visibly Upset.

Suddenly The World Shifts Around Me.

I Am Standing On Dark Floor. Specks Of Light Begin To Appear Slowly As They Illuminate The Floor. I Am Standing On A Blanket Of Stars, As A Huge Vintage Clock Appears In Front Of Me. The Huge Hands Of The Clock Moves Slowly As I See The Stars On The Floor Begining To Cluster. Galaxies Appear And Then Suddenly I Witness The Birth Of Our Solar System.

The Man Walks Towards Me And Looks Me Straight In The Eye. "Time For You, Is A Precious Commodity, My Dear Faith." He Mumbles As He Laughs Gently. "Its Is Only Time, That Can Save You, That Can Undo What Has Already Been Done. Never Underestimate The Power Of Time, For It Is Stronger Than Fate Itself."

Before I Can Answer The Wisps Of Smoke Turns Into Threads , That Entangle Themselves Around Me. All Of A Sudden I Feel Like I Can See, Hear, Feel, Speak Everything All At Once. And Its Gone.

The Darkness Finally Embraces Me. In The Silent Cocoon Of Light, I Finally Find My Salvation.

As My Soul Ebbs Away, I Think About My Mother And Father.

"I Love You Mom. I Love You Dad. I Am Coming Home."

My Last Thoughts Are Of My Parents, As I Finally Succumb To The Warm Afterglow.
