93. Good deed of the day

While Li Zhilan was waiting for Li Chao to come, another person joined her.

The new person was soaked a little but it added additional charm to his already handsome look. His shiny black hair was wet and after rubbing it with his hand, it was messy giving him the perfect ruffian look. His eyes were sharp with the pupils the same colour as his hair. The black jeans, white shirt with a black and white collar completed his look quite well.

If anyone had seen such a handsome man, they would have really felt giddy or atleast a different emotion but Li Zhilan wasn't just anyone. She had been surrounded by all kinds of people with good looks from every background so pleasing her with just the looks was a job next to impossible, well especially when someone of Qi Longwei's caliber had already entered her eyes.

The two stood on the own sides and stayed quite. While Li Zhilan played with her phone, the boy darted his eyes all around.

Soon Li Chao came holding an opened umbrella in one hand while a closed one was gripped in the other. He was walking since the traffic was quite bad so he had left the car some distance away.

''Muffin.'' Li Chao smiled brightly while waiving his hands with the umbrella.

Li Zhilan also responded with waiving her hand towards him. When Li Chao was right infront of her, Li Zhilan took the umbrella from him and passed it to the boy who stood beside her.

''No need to worry about returning it.'' When the boy didn't take the umbrella, Li Zhilan thought it was due to the issues that will occur when returning so she said it as a matter of fact.

''No I-"

''It's ok. Consider it as helping me complete my good deed of the day.'' Saying so, Li Zhilan stuffed the umbrella into his hands and turned around. The cool voice she had used when talking to the boy had changed into a sweet childish voice when talking to Li Chao.

''Brotha, Let's go eat something. I want to eat sweet and sour beef with spicy shrimps and beer.''

''The hell I'm giving you beer.''

''Haha... I know you won't. I was just messing with you. I want coke. I'm gonna drink coke...'' Li Zhilan's voice drifted away while the boy held the umbrella and watched the silhouette of the girl who forcefully stuffed it in his hands dissappear in the crowd. The corner of his mouth slowly pulled up in a smile.
