CHAPTER 5: TRUST HER STRENGTH

ATHENA'S POV

It's been three days since I let out an emotion in front of Allaine. That guy. I will never be going to get involved with him. *Riing**Riing**Riing* I answer my phone when I see Royster calling.

"Hello?," I said.

"Pretty sis, bad news someone is trying to hack your information account. Luckily they give up when I said they can't hack it,"-Royster

"What? How do you even know there are more than one person?"-Me

"Pretty sis, what I can say is the hacker is not that professional so while they trying to hack your data I was hacking where that account come from so I locate their location then I hacked the security system where the account come from,"-Royster

"Cyber, don't worry about that I will handle them,"-Me

"What do you mean?"-Royster

"I think I know who hacked our system. Just keep protecting the information. I don't care if they get some info about me but I won't let them know what is inside that file. My biggest secret will be revealed not only me but also my siblings will be affected. Now my older brother is coming back to watch over me,"- Me

"Hayst, your biological brother is coming back. I already have a rival for you, pretty sis," - Royster

"Cyber, I will still consider you as my brother even though my biological brother is already here. Just don't let anyone see what's inside of it, okay ?," - Me

"Okay, pretty sis. I'll protect it very well, bye," - Royster

"Bye," I said and turned off the call. I entered the room but I did not sit I just stood in front of Allaine.

"Why are you not sitting? Do you want me to pull the chair so you can sit? All right I will," he was about to stand up when I dropped my hand hard on the table. My classmates then looked at us. "What's your problem ?"

"What is my problem? You know what's my problem, stop investigating me because you will not get information other than my past, nothing more. Guardians won't let their members be in danger," I said angrily before I sat down.

"How did you know we were investigating you ?" Kim replied.

"Tsk. You'll just going to investigate someone and you even leave some evidence that you did it," I said.

"Don't tell us because we hacked the info the hacker hacked the placed where we are back then?," Kim said.

"You already know it. So when you investigate me again, you have a place to live in the future," I said. I don't even want anyone to know that file since Royster may not be able to protect that data. It will be better to warn them.

"Okay, fine. We will not be going to investigate it any further. Sorry," Justine said. In this guys, only Justine is sober.

"Apology accepted. If you repeat this, you will be living in hell," I threatened.

"Yes, boss !!," said the three except for Allaine.

"Wait. I'm your boss," Allaine said.

"Yes, but she is more scary than you are," Kim said

"What a traitor," Allaine said. I noticed that Dominick was not there yet.

Miraculously they were not with him. That guy surely womanizing again based data I receive. Yeah, I ask Aunt their file that's why I know it. I just looked at the door when it was opened loudly. Speaking of the devil, Dominick was the one who opened it and he looked anxious. Maybe it's from running. He immediately approached our seat.

"Boss, look at this," he said and handed over a red card with a skull mark.

"What is the meaning of this ?," Allaine said. The card is familiar. I can't remember where I saw that.

"Boss, I think someone is trying to challenge us. But I'm just wondering who is that gang ?" Kim said. I also think deeply. Wait. Jazlyn why are meddling with their problem? Just don't mind it.

"Do you smell that ?," Allaine asked.

"What is it ?" Kim said.

"I don't smell anything," Dominick said.

"It smells.... blood," Allaine said as he sniffed the card. Wait! Smell like blood! I remember it.

"It's from the Death Gang," I said in a serious but cold voice.

"Death Gang? I think I heard it somewhere ?" Justine said. It seems he speaks only once in a while.

"Death Gang is a group of people who are doing all evil doing. They are killing, raping, robbing, and selling drugs," I explained. Nevermind just gave them a clue." If I were you, I will not accept the challenge,"

"Don't say you're scared and why do you know so much about them ?," Allaine said. This man really doesn't want to think, isn't he?

All of our classes are finished and I'm waiting for this Shadows to leave. How come they say they won't go home if I don't go home too? We've been here for a few minutes and I'm getting to be annoyed. So I got up and left the room. They still following me. Tsk. What is their problem? They just keep on following me. So I accelerated my pace. I turn around and they are gone. Sigh. Fortunately, they surrendered to follow me or else I'll kick their asses. When I was going to keep walking when I saw a man with a cut on his left eye. Looks like I know him.

"I know what you need. Let's not do this here," I said. He is a member of the Death Gang. I know they are looking for the Shadows but they are here in front of me so I know I am their target. If not they should go straight to them. I took them to the construction site. I know they have a plan but they do not know it is a trap.

I saw that they had called someone so I approached the big pipes and took my katana. I just got it from Dad's office, so I use it.

A few minutes later, people arrived. I was surprised by who they were. "Jazlyn what are you doing here ?" Justine asked worriedly.

"Obvious? Of course, I will fight these pests. I did not know that they called you," I said.

"But what you are doing is dangerous. You are a woman so let us just fight him," Allaine said.

"Allaine do not underestimate me because I am a woman and do not compare me to other women because I am different from them," I said.

"That's enough chatter !," said a member of the Death Gang. He was about to kick me so I quickly took out my katana and cut him around the neck.

"You guys are idiots, she's a member of Guardians of Darkness. So she clearly knows how to fight," Justine said.

"I think she's right. We shouldn't underestimated her," Dominick and I said. Why are they just standing there? Whatever.

I was still killing when I did not notice someone firing a gun and hits me in the hand. Shit. This is the second time I was shot. I suddenly drop my katana because of pain. They continue to attack. I have no choice now I need to fight physically. I kicked his gut while I punch the face of the other one. Someone is going to punch me so I grab his hand and throw him back. The four are still standing there. Hayst what are they here for? Are they just going to watch there? A few minutes passed and I finished them. My hands hurts a lot because of the wound. I took my katana and put it in the container then returned it to the tube. Then the Shadows approached me.

"Are you all right ?" Justine asked and held my hand. Then he took a handkerchief and tied it to my wounded hand. "Come with me. I'll bring you to the hospital,"

I immediately withdrew my hand. "No thanks. I can handle myself and thank you. Don't follow me," I said and left.

I looked to see if they had complied. Looks like no more. I went straight to Jarren's house. When I got there I immediately rang the doorbell. In a few moments, he opened it immediately.

"Jazlyn what happened to you ?," Jarren asked worriedly.

"Is it obvious? I just got shot when I was fighting with some gang," I jokingly answered him. I only show my emotions to them because I have been with them for a long time.
