After the meal was over Dumbledore gave his speech about the third floor, which Harry has no interest in…
Once everything was done, two prefects took them to Ravenclaw tower, Harry didn't know any of them at first he thought it going to be Penelope Clearwater, but the girl is only fourth year, and Prefects only are appointed from year five and above.
The security of the house is ridiculous for Harry, being protected by mere riddle is something he would never do, a password is much better or even, something like security card or... a ring perhaps?
Harry is not planning to stick around the Ravenclaw tower much, as he is planning to make his workshop in an abandoned classroom.
The castle is old and Harry has found that they used to have blacksmithing classes back in the day, so one of those classrooms will be perfect for him.
One short explanation later, everyone was free to do whatever they wanted, for a couple hours before the curfew.
Harry's eyes went towards sweet-looking library, it's not as big as he has expected, a large bookshelf, for now, it will be enough…
His first destination was there of course…
Once he was there he started reading the titles of the books.
The more he read the more disappointed he was, there was of course some books which slightly picked up his interest like for example potions, there was tome which he has not found in The books store, or he has missed, but apart from that he found a book on artificers, quickly check later he found that it was quite boring because they have their unique grading for them, and specific bullshit which one has to follow, in other words, they want to control how the artefacts are made…
'More bureaucracy what is this bullshit? I came here to study magic! Not drown in regulations! 'Oh Harry this metal can only be used like this!' Or, you can only use Celtic runes not Nordic! Lots of bullshit!' Harry closed the book and put it back into the bookshelves, keeping only the book on Potion ingredients.
He then went to find a place to sit, many of the people were looking at him with interest, after all, Harry Potter was in their House! And not only that but he is even more mysterious thanks to the fact how different he was looking compared to the books!
Before he started reading Harry pulled out his Magic Pod, he checked the battery which mind-boggled him when he noticed that it has been going up!
It was 10% now! As before it was only 3%!
'Well, this suck… needs to run some tests otherwise my stuff has a chance of going boom, especially my laptop…'
That means he has to turn off his music player!
So, he pressed stop function then turned it off, placed in his storage ring, he then pulled out his earphones case, opened it and placed both of his earphones into the ports, closed the case and stored in his storage rings.
He then sighed, the ever-curious Ravenclaws started to approach him as if knowing that he will hear them, as the girl with glasses already has told everyone that Harry is listening to music…
Something that girls found very interesting!
The most courageous one was, Cho Chang, who WAS curious.
After all, Harry is famous, and most of the girls grew up with his bedtime stories…
"So, Harry how do you find Ravenclaw tower?" The ravenhead girl asked him as she took her seat next to him.
Harry saw that it was Cho Chang who approached him first, he can live with that!
"It's great, love the colours, and it's quite spacey." Harry honestly answered her question.
"That's great! I was the same for me when I was sorted last year!" The girl added her own two bits.
Cho then saw the book Harry was holding in his hand, she nodded with appreciation.
"That's great thinking, our Potions Professor is quite a… colourful person…" She nerviously chuckled remembering something.
"Yeah, I have heard about him...Professor Snape, I already memorised whole first-year book, and know most of the potions of second year as well." Harry said that in a most obvious way, it's as if what he did is utterly normal…
"...Really?" She asked with disbelief, all over her face.
"Yeah, I am more interested in the ingredients at his point, I am thinking of making a 'table' of sorts at what certain ingredients does when it exposed to another ingredient." He explained his intentions with this book.
And so, Cho Chang realised that Harry Potter is… an 'intense' individual…
In other words driven… she never met someone this young, and someone who has such drive at this degree!
"Like... the periodic table?" She asked after remembering something muggles have of theirs…
"Yeah similar to that, but Potions are more than that, since you have to incorporate 'cooking' part in there…" As Harry was explaining the girl sitting next to him was listening attentively…
But such thing was enough for other Ravenclaws, who realised that Cho got sucked in by Potter 'drive', stuff like that happens when a girl gets severely impressed by a guy who is passionate about his work…
"So, Potter I am more interest to hear about your artificer stuff which Turpin has mentioned." One of the guy's said borderline arrogantly.
Harry slightly frowned when he heard that, he was having a blast talking with Cho, so he was annoyed by someone from peanut gallery…
"What of it?" He turned towards the source.
"There are no artificers in England for several decades, I am interested to hear who made that stuff for you?"
He was finally able to see who it was, from looks of it it's some Pureblood, or at least Harry things it's pureblood.
"I am not selling stuff I make," Harry said that with eye roll.
"Pfff, as if! Artificers are rare and it takes ages for them to make Artefacts!"
'Right it's one of those idiots…'
Harry snorted at hearing that, and pulled out a piece of paper.
"Listen newbie… I don't care who you are, but I will give you a demonstration, since you are fellow Ravenclaw, basics among basics is 'transmutation'... Like this…"
Harry transformed the paper into a liquid state.
"First and at most is going from hard to liquid and then from liquid to hard, Like this…" Once again the while liquid blob transformed into much much smaller blob of silver, which took shape of a ring and then solidified.
"And just like this we have a ring made from pure silver." He showed the ring to the 'newbie'.
"Don't compare me with some utter newbies like yourself, didn't you guys praised how a baby defeated A DARK LORD? And now you ask me if I can or can't do?" Harry asked with narrowed eyes.
Making the guy who was already shell shocked to take several steps back from growing fear.
After seeing the newbie retreat into peanut gallery, Harry looked at the ring in his hand.
"Hmm, using 'transmutation' like this always turns out into poor craftsmanship." The Artificer inspected the ring before storing it back into his storage ring.
"Anyway, where were we?" Harry decided to return to the girl sitting next to him.
"T-That was amazing!" Cho snapped from shock after seeing an incredible show of magic from a first-year!
"You think? Well I am good with Alchemy and Runes, I have started learning them the moment I could read." He shrugged saying that.
"IT is Amazing! Alchemy is very dangerous! But if you can do that to such degree you might even be the next Nicolas Flamel!" Cho said that believing that he can achieve that! If he can already do this at that age, what about in couple more years!? or decade or two!
He didn't want to tell her that he can already create a philosopher stone, as the sacrifices of that thing are human lives…
"We will see, anyway I have a couple of things to do in my new dorms, so see you tomorrow," Harry said that while getting up from his seat.
"Good Night!"
"Good Night to you too."
Once Harry has left the common room, like a tidal wave everyone started talking about what they just witnessed!
The most excited one is probably the girl who just talked with him!
Just like everyone else, she has read the stories, but the real deal is far more interesting than the book version of him!
"Did you see him turn paper into a metal!? That was incredible! And it was done without a wand! Incredible!" Cho said to her friend.
Her friend had red curly hair and was the same year as her…
"Yes, I saw it, there was no need to say incredible twice…" The girl said with a sigh, it seems Cho just developed a hero worship or worse... a crush.

When Harry saw the room, he was not too impressed or disappointed, most importantly he had it for himself, unlike other dorms, like Gryffindor or Slytherin which have to share, he doesn't know how Hufflepuff are, but he is not interested in those…
The size aside, he has empty wardrobe, bookshelf, and table for homework and some empty draws.
First thing he did was to pull out his clothes and place them in the wardrobe, then pulled out his laptop, and place it on the table, followed by his self made Technomancy kit, magic pod and the earphone case.

He opened his technomancy kit and pulled out his tools, he swiftly opened the magic pot case and found out that runic system are working even when they suppose to be off…
That means magic is so potent here that it can affect his runic system to such degree!
'Need to find a way to isolate the systems… end same time find a proper way to utilise such abundant amount of magic as well.' Harry hummed at the challenge as he accessed his inner library and pulled out runes which can help him in this endeavour.
Before he realised he heard a knock on the door, it was the prefect, apparently it was time to hit the sack…
Harry could only sigh, one of downsides coming here is that he can't pull all-nighters anymore, thanks to these prefects stalking around.
Or, he can? He needs to set his workshop for that, once he has it, he can he use his 'utility belt', it will allow him to walk around the castle undetected.
Oh, That one needs a check-up as well!
Before going to bed he stored his stuff back to his storage ring, he doesn't want to leave them exposed to Hogwarts overnight.

Harry woke up quite early the next morning and quickly typed down on his notebook several arrays which can help him in isolating his runic systems from outside magic.
In fact if he follows this path he can theoretically create magic negating arrays…
'Now to developer quick cast for it and I could have perfect anti-magic spells or even barrier…'
Just thinking about the possibilities, makes him quite giddy, because he just realised that he can repurpose this to isolate more than just magic! Like... coldness of space?, or even radiation from the sun!
That moment an insanely absurd idea popped in his mind!
What if he makes a suit capable of space travel!?
There is so many things to consider to make this work! But, by this point it's not impossible!
Magic was impossible, but he used it recreated a computer and iPod with nothing but magic and alchemy!
'Yes! This will be my long term project!'
Giddily he left his room and walked towards the common room and found several people already there.
