~~~~~~Few Weeks Later~~~~~~

"You wanted to talk with me Overseer?" A girl with blueish hair and glasses asked the blond man as she was looking at his holographic image.

"Fu Hua. I need you for a mission." He went right to the point. Which made her confused for a bit.

No quirks? No weird themes of conversations?

"Umm…and my current assignment at St.Freya?" She was for a second confused. She was already part of a mission. So such random transfer is not good at all for her cover.

"Irrelevant, I need you to infiltrate a school-complex building in Eastern Europe." He brushed aside her current mission while watching over Theresa and her little school in the Far East is important. It's not as important as what he has in mind!

"...Excuse me?"

"You heard it right. Its school building system. You will be a P.E teacher there. There is a window just for such a position. You will be focusing on two kids. One name is Raynold Westwood and the other one is Kiana Kaslana or also known as K-423."

"...Is there a specific reason why I should be watching them?"

"Because the boy is Herrscher of Star and the girl is Herrscher of Void." He said that with a very straight face.

"!!!"

"...let me hear this right… There are two uncounted Active Herrschers at this very moment?" Fu Hua asked with a slightly anxious breath! What the hell!?

"Yes. The boy did something…something I have no idea to make himself able to control his Herrscher powers. This is just my hypothesis. He either confused the inner Herrscher persona or something. I have no idea. He even made Sirin, the Herrscher, listen to K-423."

The Overseer said few hypotheses about this.

"If they are in such a state…shouldn't we try to remove them?"

"We can't."

"...But why?"

"Because they can actively use their powers. I will send you some footage of how they work. The pair fight together and they are very dangerous if they are provoked. At this moment more than 50% of the Northern Hemisphere is clean of any Honkai Beasts because of them."

Fu Hua glasses nearly dropped off her nose when she heard that. These two are cleaning the globe of Honkai Beasts…

Did they rebel against Honkai!?

"Do…Do they rebel against the Will of Honkai?"

"Possibly… It's one of your objectives. I want you to get close to them and learn as much as you can. I will send another recently graduated Valkyrie to infiltrate the student body itself."

"Understood."

"It should not be too hard. The boy likes martial arts, and you are THE Best person for this."

"Yes. Understood, I will see what I can do."

"Good. The Valkyrie will contact you soon. For now infiltrate the country separately. Wait for information download for more details."

After saying his part the Overseer finished the call.

Fu Hua has not seen the Overseer this serious for a long while.

'I can understand the reasons for that.' She thought to herself with a nervous smile.

Few moments later she saw the information. The kids info, pictures, she saw a lot of pictures. Some of them are from the state media!

The Martial Arts Valkyrie needed to massage her forehead when she saw this. Raynold was active as Herrscher for over two years!

What has Schicksal been doing!?

Yet, there is data that there was no eruption to speak of. There was nothing! It's like… He just became one…just like that!

It simply doesn't make sense! None of his actions follow things they know! Even the records they recovered from ruins of previous era civilization! Nothing! It's like these two Herrschers are anomalies!

'Did these kids discover a way to make Herrscher persona obey or even merge with the original!? If this is true…'

Fu Hua didn't even dare to think how this would change…EVERYTHING!

Regardless she started to pack her things and take the quickest flight to Eastern Europe. She is quite anxious and curious about this development.

~~~~~~Same Time, Remote Location in Scandinavia~~~~~~

A small Honkai bomb turned on and the timer started to tick down.

This was an experiment done by Anti-Entropy, the scientist behind this organisation wanted to see how quick and IF all the stuff with Raynold and Kiana are true. They want to get their own data.

The pair of scientists want to see if humans can have Herrscher powers! They simply need to record this with their own devices. For this they prepared a meticulous experiment with a multitude of cameras overwatching all of it!

The moment the bomb detonated portals started to open and Honkai Beasts started to pop one after another.

Less than five seconds later a multitude of black and orange portals opened and lances started raining down from these portals.

"Herrscher of Void… It's actually her… Damn…Damn…" Blue Haired girl dressed like tomboy, she was the great scientis and inventor Einstein! She was in disbelief and shock. She just witnessed Herrscher slaughtering Honkai… It's nuts…especially when she saw the Herrscher itself appear.

Dressed in white dress with energy wings on her left side and several lances on her other side. The girl who didn't look older than 10 was at this moment like an actual Angel of Destruction.

"What is her Honkai energy levels…." She asked her fellow assistant who was dressed in red. The girl looked no older than 16 with glasses and twintails. She was the great inventor Tesla herself!

"...I think it's a broken mophead!… It locked at over 10000…it's more than Sirin had at her peak In Second Eruption." Tesla said while scratching her head.

"...I checked it several times before setting it up!"

"...so you are saying this second coming of the second Herrscher is more powerful? She doesn't even have her dragon or those gems."

"...I don't know! This is why we are here!"

As the pair bickering the Herrscher of Void opened even more Portals and beams of light started raining down it didn't help that the white haired Herrscher dropped some sort of ball of pure orange energy. The ball exploded and turned into some sort of void singularity which caused the beasts to become incapable of moving inside this thing.

This was before she pointed her hand and snapped her fingers that moment the orange void singularity imploded and then exploded erasing remaining Honkai beasts.

Once they were all gone. The Herrscher simply disappeared!

**Gulp**

"Thank God we were not in the area and instead used cameras for this!"

"You don't say! It was your idea to experiment like that!" Tesla snapped at the blue haired fellow scientist.

"We needed data! Are you seriously considering trusting the media?"

"No, but there are other ways to see the truth." Tesla said with an eye roll. She huffed before checking out the data they recorded.

"Now let's see what we got."

Einstein just rolled her eyes. First to judge and first one to check the results…it's so like her. She didn't even comment on the hypocrisy.

"The sheer energy output this Herrscher has is at least 3 times as high as it was in Second Eruption.

Though it has the same style techniques as it was recorded by Sovereign Welt. From the portals to lances even the finger technique.

It's a time fracture move. Most Herrschers can do that according to the records. But this was done so casually."

Einstein nodded as she checked the videos they recorded.

"There is some sort of flaming aura around her as well. Let me check the Honkai readers…"

Sure enough they saw something which broke the norm…completely…

"...She has two sets of Honkai energies…"

"...Bullshit!"

"Look at it yourself…"

Tesla did just that. She pushed the blue haired girl away and inspected herself…everything.

By the end of this she was confused just like she was.

"No wonder the energy output was off the charts… Her power is doubled!" Tesla said with shock as he body was trembling with the amount of energy she was looking at!

"Yes, if you look closer, because of how distinctive these energies are, you can see where they come from. One comes from the Herrscher core which is the void powers…but the other one… She is keeping in her very body. This should technically kill everyone in a several mile radius because of Honkai energy toxicity but it does not!

It's like this Herrscher is completely compatible with humanity!"

Even if Einstein said that she didn't believe it herself! She has not seen anything like that! It's like one day people say that you can eat raw plutonium! This shit doesn't make any freaking sense!

~~~~~~Meantime~~~~~~

With bursts of orange and black energy Kiana appeared in the backyard of her house as she was floating down her clothes and hairstyle shifted followed by her eyes. One moment she was the Angel of Destruction and the Queen of Void, next one she was just an adorable girl who needed to do her homework!

"Thank you Honkai for those beasts…I needed to relieve my stress. Maths is pain in butt!" She did a fake prayer for a second before rushing into the house with a small giggle. As she was passing the kitchen she looked around for a bit. She could not sense anyone. So she swiftly opened the fridge and picked a chocolate dessert before rushing to her room to continue doing her homework.

While this was happening, in the Siberian wilderness Raynold was surrounded by black and grey energy. He was floating in the air, cross legged.

In front of him was a symbol of death and life. Honkai energies were rushing towards it, condensing, forming into a crystal of two colours.

Raynold was using his energy as base as he doesn't want the wild energies to influence it. While he is using the wild ones for the construction, the core itself was filled with his refined ones.

Before long the process was done and Raynold took a deep breath and opened his eyes.

He saw the crystal core radiating black, red, white and blue energies. .

"A core is born if enough energy is given to it… quite…easy if I do say so… It's like in very Honkai itself this function is given to the world. Quite absurd…"

As he said that he motioned for the core to float towards him.

Once he had it in his hands he could feel that he could use…more power…

"Seriously? Is this how little I need to access other Golden Core powers!?" The boy exclaimed as he inspected the core and then tapped into this power he sent it to his hand and then released a casual beam at a tree. The beam was black and red, sinister…radiating death itself.

Upon collision the tree rotted away and simply collapsed from old age.

"Death…hmmm, let's try the opposite."

As he said that he tapped into the power once again. This time it was different.

And gathered another beam and shot it. It was pure white and blue upon contact the tree trunk regained its vigour and swiftly fixed itself…returning to its prime. However the missing part didn't return, instead it just regrew the part it had lost.

"Curious… Very curious, that concepts are quite limited. Especially with life itself."

As he said to himself while using his free hand to stroke his chin, then he walked over and inspected the dead tree trunk, he could feel the tree radiating death energy itself. He pointed the crystal with the core and absorbed the energy from the dead tree trunk.

After he did that the tree simply decomposed and completely rotted away.

"Hmm…"

He looked at the core for a bit. He then wondered… Could he make a sword from this? Whole life and death thing… It has such impressive synergy with his Taoists style… He truly would love to have a Blue Cloud sword made from this core.

Blue Cloud being the traditional sword of Wu-Dang Taoists.

After inspecting for a bit he threw a core into a wormhole. He stored it away in imaginary space. Something Kiana made for him.

In other words, inventory space…

He will see if he could find some use for this core later. For now… He needs to return to his training! That moment gravity roared to life and he started to with his stances!
