Undead Unluck: Every Negator Ranked Part 3

#14th Feng Kowloon Unfade

Is this where y'all finally decided to throw fucking tomatoes at me? Cause this is the part where y'all throw tomatoes on me. Sliding his way to the top half of the list, we have the single best single dad in UU (sorry, Rip, Billy, and Nico). Feng is a little hard to rank against because he has the opposite problem of most low tiers.

He has great physical stats and is arguably the best in the series without Negation abilities at play, but he has some insane implications. Still, he has no crazy hax to get him above the pack. His greatest claim to fame is his adaptability and broader implications from his backstory and overall training of Shen, a monster in his own right that could also improve on the fly. We know Feng can quickly improve while copying, analyzing, and deflecting other martial arts.

It's also implied that he could, if the situation arose, manipulate the soul, given how Loop 101 Feng was able to tell Fukko had a decent grasp on her's. Combined with his devastating one-two combo of Kokuto'un, the Zuishin Tekkan Rod, plus his potential use of Extremity of Life (without the crippling drawbacks) and Feng is definitely in the running for the strongest title.

Still, Feng unfortunately takes a backseat to the story, plus ambiguity on how well he can use these various techniques means he caps out here. He should be higher, but we have yet to see nearly enough of him to say he does. Here's to hoping he gives some hell to a Master Rule in the future (my money is on the time nigga for now).

13th Top Bull Sparx (100th Loop) Unstoppable

It's fitting how the fastest negator will also take the shortest time to make his current participation trophy irrelevant. While Loop 101 Top will most likely be stronger than the OG through simply being older, we still have a solid fighter right now. Top has the fastest travel and attack speed of anyone on this list (barring #1).

His reaction time on top (no pun intended) of his sheer endurance also means he can intercept, perform drive-bys, or avoid most attacks. His top, I mean, and maximum speeds also may put him at light speed or, at the very least, massively hypersonic, given he could cross the globe. This acceleration also makes Unstoppable top-tier support for any Negator in need.

Still much like Void, Top is a melanated king (when the anime decides to acknowledge it) with limited options. The inherent drawback of Top's ability makes him the ultimate glass cannon, and looking back on his fights, he's never really shown adequate offensive power. Combined with characters being able to react to or predict him, it's very possible Top still needs to reach the finish line.

12th Titiana Untouchable

From one king, we finally touch upon a queen. Titana is a powerhouse, and she is low-key, the character that puts UU in some decent power-scale conversation. Even not counting her negation, Titiana in her mech already has more armaments than you're average stroll through Texas (Seriously, guys, why can't we do a little gun cont- nope, I'm not getting political here; focus on the superpowers, Draco).

Even if an opponent slips through her armor, Untouchable is essentially a god-tier (fuck that guy, though) defense that'll keep Titana safe from any manner of harm. Plus, if she cranks up the juice, Titania's ability has the widest AOE's, too, which can push away or crush damn near anyone. While I'm curious how 101 Titana can improve this ability, its inherent simplicity is its biggest downfall.

Titana's inability to control her ability entirely means her limited offensive options will naturally get her to exploit her main weakness if she gets pushed back. That kryptonite is the small air hole her mouth creates. While it sounds like a pretty impossible weakness to exploit, every other character up next has better experience, versatility, and utility to win. Plus, like have you've seen the death star?

#11th Mui (Loop 100) Untruth

This is where the rule of "strongest version of each Negator" gets tricky. While Mui, in the current Loop, finally manages to get her wish by fighting near Shen's side as an equal instead of a hindrance, her past self is ironically a stronger pick. Sure, she isn't nearly as physically strong, but damn if Untruth isn't a strong as fuck ability.

Sure, experienced fighters can counter the effectiveness a little, but it's still an incredibly clutch ability for restrainment or redirection. On a list of painful drawback abilities or less experienced fighters, this can devastate someone like Top or Titana if pressured.

Primarily, when you put Jiganshi Shen in the equation, who can provide backup to Mui. With Kitoun, her discount power pole, various artifacts like her Basho fan, and healing pills, Mui is a stacked Swiss army knife. And arguably the biggest glass canon on this list behind Lucy.

While Shen will be a worry on the battlefield, Mui is way too weak to avoid getting blown away by some of the bigger blasts or blows. And if her eyes get taken out, or worse, dies, Shen immediately vanishes. Thus, Untruth Mui scratches as a barrier to entry to the top 10.

#10th Shen Untruth

Speaking of my other Goat, current Shen finds himself around here. Recycle everything I said about previously with Mui, but with two big stipulations to raise Shen's pants and stocks. From what we've seen from the Tenersai tournament, Shen could adapt, contend, and endure the combined forces of Void, Yusai, Billy, Mui, and Feng in 1v1 exchanges, barely using Untruth on the latter two until much later.

So, while Mui and Jiganshi Shen could be formidable against the current one, I trust the more impressive feats the current version has shown off. Also, because Shen can pull out the extremity of life technique and doesn't have to rely on Mui 101, Shen could potentially blitz Mui, keep Feng at bay to keep wailing on him, and do decent enough with his previous artifacts to trip Top, and suffocate Titana with his staff to add to the list of victories.

Shen's only real weakness to account for is limited range and his struggle against experienced fighters. Still, this is a pretty fitting placement for Shen. He's stronger than a good portion of the list, but still, a couple of steps below, he's the strongest in all creation.

#9 Anno un/Akira Kuno Unknown (100th Loop)

I will keep it a bean, a haystack, a whole truth atom bomb here. I have no fucking clue where to put Anno un. Due to the nature of his entire existence and minimal screen time across the story, Anno is like the ultimate wild card here. His whole purpose was more to set the stage than fight. What I do know for sure is that he definitely can't be in last.

No joke beyond another character in this list, Anno Un is the definition of haxes providing a steady cushion to steamroll the competition. Using the artifact G-liner and his knowledge of Loops, Negators, and artifacts, Akira is only limited by his massive imagination. We've seen him copy Andy and Autumn's abilities at the very least, but who's to say he can't copy more like Kitoun', Nico's psycho pods, and even the eyes of characters like Shen, Chikara, and Juiz?

Between this, Soul Caliber, and Life is Strange, Akira can choose a variety of consistent one-shots for most of the cast. And I'm not talking manga this time. We also see through his few fights that Akira has the stamina of a mangaka as well, given he gave no shits about getting rid of two of his arms. He'll stick around unless his negation ability activates, which I consider one of the few win-cons besides death you can use on him. Still, whether he was Anno un or Akira Kuno, one thing is for sure: he left his mark on the story, and I'm glad he has a great ending to his.

#8th Fukko Izumo Unluck

It took us a long while, but we're finally getting to the current story's Big Boss (no metal gear). Fukko's development, especially now the anime is out, has been a joy to see get recognition. Still, we don't appreciate enough how strong she's always been. Pre-Loop Fukko already had the skills and strength to beat or contend with a decent portion of the cast.

Given how her Unluck works, taking the in-character approach for this royale technically makes this worse for everybody else. While Fukko does run the risk of offing herself or not even getting the proper materials for the unluck to happen, things get worse if we're taking in character.

If one lock of hair touching Rip could send a meteor, can you imagine the craziness involved with whatever blood, hair, or direct contact Fukko could get off amid combat? Combined with her bad bullets, other objects, and her bevy of marital arts and our girl has evolved from a bad luck charm to a bad bitch.

Still, this Jill of all trades is a mistress of none. Multiple fights with other negators in the new Loop prove Fukko still can falter against the higher tiers here. Whether falling behind Rip's medical training, Enjin's cooking, Billy's sharpshooting, Yusai/Juiz's sword, or Void's boxing skill. And she says as much by her admission during the fight with Sick. So, it's fair to put the Union's head honcho down here.
