The main Characters of my book is Shakeila Thomas and Jahvarne Milliner. Both didn't know each other, Jahvarne was busy with both football and tennis practices plus he has to focus in his classes so there's no way he has time to take a breath; while, Shakeila has to deal with Tera Smith (the school's biggest bully) also she got to keep her grades up in order for her to get a scholarship to attend college.
None have them have time to take breaths both have to be working so hard and making sacrifices in order to stay on the right track.
Shakeila the clumsy girl she always was, was the first to crossed over in Jahvarne's Track and he couldn't resist her; he's been acting as if he's not interested but deep down inside she makes him want to do things he'd never thought that he'd ever do. She's too acting as if Jahvarne's not the most gorgeous person she's ever seen.
now that they've crossed in each other's world what will happen; you'll never know unless you read the story to get a better understanding of there ongoing interaction.

Listening to your heartbeat

While riding home with Milliner I was afraid yes but I actually enjoyed my first time on a motorcycle; but I'm definitely not going back on one though. so remember how I couldn't walk? Which that means that he had to carry me straight to my room. 


He didn't seem to be bothered by my lack of space and disgusting room. Even though its small I always keep it clean. There was a really awkward silence in the room and I'm a bit relieve when he broke the silence saying, "Hey nice photo you actually look beautiful come to think of it", he said looking at the photo 


I manage to grab the photo and turn my back to him "are you feeling sorry for me at the moment?" 


'Here I was anger traced in the sound of my voice, not knowing how to take his compliment because nobody has ever told me that before so I'm a bit shocked with his words.' 


"I'm guessing nobody has never told you that before", he said as if reading my thoughts 


I sighed and said," No I'm sorry I've never been told that before I grew with a drunken whack ass mom and I don't know my dad oh and it doesn't seems as if I have any other relatives or family at that matter so yea I've never heard those words before". 


"Well I'm the first and I can't help but feel a little pity for you right now" 


"I mean you basically don't have any family members at all seeing that your mom' never home until and you don't know you dad I just see it as if they don't want you or they just weren't ready to have a child" 


"Wow I-um well firstly my mom comes home late at night and I always like to think that my mom didn't tell my dad that she was pregnant before she left him" 


"hey you sure strong- um what's your name again? I'm just messing with you Shakeila I know your name" 


(I gasped at the sound of him calling my name) 


"I'm- a-um- I'm a bit shocked that you know my name and thanks much for your concerns, but I've manage to get to the point in life so I think I can handle the rest of what's coming my way" 


'I looked at him with wide eyes surprised by the concern that I saw in his eyes just now that was quickly covered with a confused look' 


"Why are you staring at me with wide eyes Shakeila?" 


"No reason I'm just taken aback by the concern look I just caught in your eyes"
