It was a quiet calm and uneventful day in the city of Kisa. The sea breeze was blowing in from the North side of the island bringing forth the scent of the salt in the air. A tall beautiful pale man with long deep blue hair and silver eyes who had a dark and mysterious personality was sitting under the gazebo on the beach sipping on the local favorite Moon Pommerac tea as he stared up at the three silver suns basking the island in a silvery glow. The day seemed almost too calm. The eeriness of the calm sent chills down his spine.
"What is it Sire? You're not feeling ill are you? His young soon to be royal advisor asked. "No I'm alright. It's just the eeriness of today, it's almost too quiet. I keeping getting these strange feelings like a female is near by. Not too long ago I could have sworn I heard a female singing. I can feel little strains of magic being used. I don't know if it's my imagination or if I'm just feeling worn down but I swear I can sense a female using magic. "But that's impossible Sire. The last female of our tribe died about thirteen years ago on that God forsaken planet called Earth."
The young advisor was secretly happy the Earth was destroyed along with the rest of the Solar System. If Ikane ( E ka ney) had never run off over over thirty five million years ago traversing across multiple galaxies looking for a mate she would still be alive today. They had been able to locate her on Earth a few years ago but before they could bring her back home, it was too late. She along with the human male she was with died in a car crash. It took every ounce of their magic to try to save her but in the end she succumbed to her injuries not wanting to live without her mate.
If had she never went to that evil planet she would still be in space under the protection of our males. But once on earth her magic was draining with each passing day. Our kind especially females couldn't last on that planet without a constant supply of magic. Females from their tribe needed the ocean water from Kisa. Their tribe used the power of water as the base of their magic. The oceans on earth were polluted from all the power hungry, greedy males constantly dumping their filth into the waters. Without the ocean of Kisa, Ikane's powers kept draining.
Breaking him out of his reverie, his Sire replied, "I know it's impossible but I can't help but wish it were true. We will soon have to merge with other tribes if we can't find a female. I'm hanging onto this last hope that maybe we are missing something or something we aren't not seeing. A moment later a blinding light flashed across the ocean a blue beam reaching toward the sky. Their magic energy was called a upon as they fell to their knees. They could feel their energy being zapped from them as the wrath of a female coursed through their bodies. One moment they felt their power draining and the next the feeling was gone.
They stared at each other in shock, "please tell me I wasn't the only one who felt that this time?" The prince in waiting stuttered clutching his chest. His royal advisor shook his head yes unable to speak from the suddenness of his magic energy being drained. "That was most definitely a female in distress, and she's from our tribe! She just used the power of water magic from our tribe," the prince growled through gritted teeth. "We must alert the King at once!" When the beam of light indicating a females return dissipated the two flew as fast as they could to the King of Kisa.
Forgetting all mannerisms they burst through the doors of the Kings throne room. The king was already alert and standing at his pensive looking into the waters below. "Your Highness please forgive me, but we think a female has just shown her presence. It seems that she is in some form of distress. We felt her draining our energy just moments ago!" It's not possible right? I thought Ikane your daughter was the last female of our tribe? Is it possible Ikane conceived a female child?
"Show me the female," the King bellowed into the pensive. A moment later the image of a beautiful young female appeared before them. She looked to be roughly around thirteen million years old. She was really small for her age. She had pale skin and shoulder length golden brown curls. Her eyes which were the most striking feature were not of their world. Her eyes were green like emeralds inlaid with gold flecks. They burned like that of a thousand suns. As the image zoomed out a little they saw that the young female had mate marks all over her body. They gasped when they saw the intricate details and the colors of her marks.
She was very different, how in the world can a female so young have mate marks like those they all thought in unison? Then it dawned on them, she's already mated with a male?!!! This was bad, very very bad, she was a female of their tribe and she already had a mate! How was she going to return to their tribe if she already found a mate? They looked toward the King expecting an explanation. "Without a shadow of a doubt she is most definitely Ikane's child. She has the same facial features. The shape of her nose, mouth and eyes are the same. The only difference is her hair and eye color, she must have inherited them from the male Ikane mated with," the King growled out his displeasure.
"What are we going to do your Highness? She's already mated with a male, and judging by her marks he must be her soulmate. No female has ever had color in their marks or as many as this little female before them has. Her heart must belong to the male she mated with," the young prince said with a deep sadness in his voice. Can a female really show that much love toward a male," the young prince pondered. The King interrupted his thoughts, "we must bring her here to Kisa. She is to become your mate Keenan."
The King zoomed out even further to see the Prism Castle in the background. "It looks like she is in the city of Kosea to the North. It will be a long journey for you two. Bring her back here immediately. I want to see my granddaughter!" The King of Kisa bellowed as he slammed his fists down on the pensive cracking the stone on the side. He was fuming, how come his only daughter never mentioned to him that she had conceived a child!"Bring her mate with you so she doesn't kick up a fuss like Ikane did. There is no way she will come willingly without her mate with those marks she has," the King muttered. If she has her fathers looks chances are she will have her mother's personality the king thought.
"Yes your Highness," Keenan and his advisor bowed and backed out the doors to the throne room. "Let's go Kai we need to prepare for the journey. Let's bring my princess home!" Keenan shouted excitedly. Preparations for the journey began immediately, word was spreading like wildfire throughout all of Kisa. A female from their tribe has been found! Their tribe won't die out after all! All over the island males were buzzing around gathering supplies for the ship. Food, blankets, and beds, were brought on board. A medical team was prepared incase of an emergency for the young female.
As the preparations were almost finished Keenan couldn't help but think about the young female. She was exquisitely beautiful. Even though she didn't resemble anyone in his tribe, she was unique. She truly was the last female in his tribe which made her even more special. He wanted to burn her image into his mind so he wouldn't forget what she looked like. The more he thought about her the more he fell in love with her. I want to know her name! I am falling deep in love with someone who doesn't know that I exist yet.
He didn't care what she looked like. She was a female from his tribe. He was next in line to be King. Thus he will be the first one to mate with her. Wherever you are I will find you. I will follow you to the ends of the universe. I have been waiting all my life for you. I just hope that I am not too late. Please have room in your heart to love me like you love your current mate. I promise I will protect you with my life. I will do anything to see that beautiful smile on your face. Thank you for sending your distress signal, without it I would have never known you existed.
"Sire the ship is almost ready. We should prepare to board," Kai called out over the buzzing of the port and all the males waving them off for their journey. Keenan waved to the males as they boarded the ship. "What do you think she will be like? Will she be docile or will she be like other females we hear about from other tribes?" Kai asked curiously. "I don't care what she's like as long as she loves me just as much as her current mate. "Just a random question for thought, if Ikane was on Earth before she died and she mated with a human wouldn't that make her child a human as well?" Kai asked hesitantly.
Looking at Keenan's reaction told him that he hadn't thought about this yet. How was he going to take care of a human female? What would she like to eat? Would she like the food from their tribe? Would she be like the females that used to be in his tribe? He had a million questions running through his mind now that Kai brought up the subject. This was going to be a long journey learning all they could about female humans. "Don't worry we will have plenty of time to study. It's going to take at least six months before we get to Kosea," he said as they get the ship rumble to life under their feet, it was now time to rescue his princess.
