KNOW HIM

Gavin is on the way to Mike's company. he doesn't know what he is going to so when he gets there and what he is going to say to him. he even postponed all of his schedules for this because he knows with this mess in his mind he won't be able to help my patient completely.

'what I am gonna say to him. I am so unclear about my own feeling. Oh god! Why this is so frustrating. I don't want to be in a relationship in the first place and now I am on my way to a person to god knows to do what.' gulf thinks to himself.

he reached Mike's office. he went to the receptionist."Hello I am here to see Mike"

"Oh hello, sir actually sir is not here right now" he saw tension on her face as she told him.

"Ummm... So when he will be back. I want to meet him it's important."

"I…I am really sorry sir I don't think he will be c..coming to the office any time soon" she sounded worried and about to cry at the same time.

"Is he out of city or something?" Gavin got worried now.

"No sir a..a…actually, Sir is … in hospital. He had been in an accident last night"

Her information got him. he was shaken to his core he doesn't know why he didn't even know him much. But mike has been hurt the thought of it is breaking Gavin's heart and it hurts. 'What is this feeling? Am I falling for him? But how is that possible?' Gavin thought

he calmed himself down and asked her "which hospital he is in?"

"He is in city hospital right now"

As he got the information on where Mike is. he rushed out of there got in the car and went to the city hospital. As he reaches the hospital, he went to reception to ask about Mike's room. When I got the room number and directions to the room. he ran off In search of the room. his heart was beating so fast with the thought of what might happen to the mike.

As soon as he found the room. he stood outside the room for a moment then he put my hand on the door nob and he doesn't know why he can't bring himself to go into this room. 'What will be his condition? Is he going to be okay? I have to stop thinking worse and pull myself together.' he was thinking all these questions that were making his heartbeat fast.

he took a deep breath and entered the room and there he was. Lying on the bed. sleeping. One hand with an IV drip and the other had a plaster on it. his arm was broken.

Gavin walked towards him and stand beside his bed. He had some bruise on his head. he can't stop himself to caress his face lightly and his hand automatically went towards his hair as he brushed his hair he looked at his face.

He looked so peaceful and handsome even with the bruise on his head. ' god was he has always been this handsome?' as Gavin thought this to himself he draws back his hand abruptly. getting scared from his own thought. just then Mike opened his eyes and wander and he looked at Gavin his eyes went wide. 'God his shocked face looks even cuter.' another thought crossed Gavin's mind.'f**k I must be losing my mind'

"Gavin are you really here?" he said with a shocked face "am I dreaming?"

Gavin chuckled "yes mike. you are having a nightmare."

"no, if you are here then it is a beautiful dream" mike smile.to make sure this is not a dream mike rubbed his eyes with the hand which had an IV drip on it. Gavin stopped him.

"Oh god stop it. you are gonna hurt yourself. This is not a dream"

Mike looked at me as he stopped rubbing his eyes. And tried to reach Gavin's face. Gavin stopped him and pinched his cheek, hard.

"Gavin! That hurts.... stop. I get it this is not a dream" he yelled in pain.

Gavin laughed softly. And suddenly he stopped laughing and asked in a serious tone "Are you okay? How did this happen?"

"Are you worried about me?" mike said with a smirk.

"Do you want me to pinch your cheek again?" Gavin teased.

His expression changed from smirk to sacred cat "no-no. I won't tease you. It's nothing big... I just over-worked myself to the point I fell asleep in the car."

"What you broke your arm by just sleeping in your car?"

"Oh no no I fell asleep while driving" he smiled awkwardly.

Gavin closed his eyes and sighed "you are really something Mike."

"I know that." He smiles widely "but why are you here? How do you know I was here?" he looked confused now.

'But why I am here? And why I am worried and care? I don't know. All I know is I wanted to be here.' Gavin thought to himself

"Let's get to know each other," Gavin said abruptly.

mike looked at Gavin with wide eyes "w..what? a...am I hearing things? I am really not dreaming .right?"

"Should I help you wake you?"Gavin reaches his hand to his cheek mike moved sideways immediately.

"No I this is really I believe you." And then he fixed his position back to his original state.

"So what do you think? Do you want to get to know each other mike?"

A big smile appears on his face and Gavin saw a tear in his eyes ready to flow out.

" you are not joking, right? You don't know how much I wanted to hear this and hear my name in your voice…. I promise you, won't regret this decision" and then the tear finally made its way to his cheeks and Gavin extend his hand to wipe his tear. But mike backed off immediately.

"Gavin you don't have to pinch my cheek again. I get it this is not a dream" mike said.

Gavin laughed at his statement "I just wanted to wipe your tear". hearing that they both laughed. Gavin was looking forward to this new chapter of his life but he didn't know something else is waiting for him to turn his life into chaos.
