"Lastly, we only have to substitute 3 to the x, and we have the answer 1/3," Evelyne wrote 1/3 in her pen tab. She was teaching mathematics online, just like she planned for the holiday.

"Is there any question?" She opened the question session. Yet, there was no one who asked her a question. It was either all her students had understood the material which meant great, or they were too tired or even confused to ask.

"Alright, since there's no question, the class will end here. See you in our next session," she ended the session just like that, without forgetting to smile.

After she was disconnected from the class, she pulled out her glasses and sighed. "Finally it's over. Where will Victor come? He's a bit later than we promised." She looked at the clock in her room that showed 10 am.

Beep beep beep…

Speaking of the devil, the sound of someone entering a pin on her apartment door was heard. "Here he is. I just have to think about him and he came." She was sure it was Victor, since he was the only one who knew the pin. To make sure, she checked on the CCTV record that played on her laptop.

The door opened and showed Victor. "Hey, Eve. You have finished your class?" He asked as he saw Evelyne was tidying her books.

"Uhuh…" Evelyne looked at Victor and nodded. "It just finished a few minutes ago. Let's go after I finish putting these books back."

Victor walked closer toward Evelyne and took a book from her laptop table. "It's been a long time since the last time I learned these things," he smiled while flipping through the pages. "Such nostalgia."

"Well, if I'm not taking this tutoring job, I will rarely look at these things as well," said Eve before she suddenly remembered about something. "Oh, I wish to show you this."

Victor turned his focus to Eve and what she did. "What is it?" He frowned and slowly put the book in his hand to the shelf.

"Here," she took out an electronic circuit from the components shelf. "It's finished," she smiled brightly. In her hands, she held the project she was doing before and sat on the mat. "Let me show you how it works."

Evelyne demoed the circuit that she made and explained about it, while Victor watched it seriously. "Hey, that's really cool!" He was amazed.

"I know, right. If I have time in the future, maybe I will polish it more, so it becomes perfect," Evelyne giggled as she put the circuit back. "Alright, let's go now."

=====

After a few minutes, they arrived at the biggest library in that city. It was known as a huge and the most complete library. No wonder Victor and Evelyne chose to have a 'date' there.

During their walk from the parking lot to the building, they drew people's attention. "What a perfect couple they are." "I know right, the man was so handsome and the girl was beautiful." "They also share some vibes!" "I have never seen a couple like them." Some of them murmured, and thought they were a couple.

Evelyne slowly looked at Victor. 'Is he disturbed? Those people, why should they say it out loud?!'

"Are you disturbed?" To her surprise, Victor thought the same way as her. "You look troubled," he continued, with concern in his eyes.

Victor's attention made Evelyne panic. She wasn't ready for this! To make it worse, she felt her face boiling. "N-No problem. I'm fine," she looked the other way. 'Oh gosh. Who would believe I'm okay, if I was stuttering like that!'

"You sure?" Evelyne just nodded to Victor's question. "Tell me if you need something. I won't know unless you tell me."

'The only thing that makes me not okay is you!!!' She screamed her heart out. Deep inside her heart, she silently had a feeling toward Victor. But she had no courage to say it, so she just hid it like she used to.

"So, which side should we go? I personally need medical books and journals."

They had finished the registration process and were now wondering how they could search for what they wanted. Once again, this library was huge, seven floors in total. So it was impossible to go to all the places it had.

"Uhm… Let's do this. Since we need different books, we will separate here. Let's meet at that private reading room," Evelyne pointed to the reading rooms provided at the corner.

"Okay. Chat me if you're in one of those rooms, I will do the same."

They then separated their way and searched for the book they wanted to read. Honestly, Victor had no problem with it. He knew exactly which books he needed. So he only had to search for it.

The one who was in trouble was Evelyne. Even though she knew what she wanted and needed, she had a big interest in something new. Thanks to that, she was confused in deciding the book she would read. If she could, maybe she would take around ten books then.

"Should I learn about robots?" She put her hand on books related to robots, choosing the one she could understand easily. "No, data analysis sounds fun," her focus changed in a matter of seconds. "Oh God, how should I choose a book or two?! Even if I know the topic I want, I don't even know which book to read."

In the end, she found a book to read. After struggling for a long time, she decided to read about electronics.

With a book in her hand, she checked her phone. A chat from Victor from thirty minutes ago had waited to be read. "Oh my gosh, I spent too much time," she put her phone back and went to the reading room Victor used.

"Huft… huft…" Evelyne panted after walking in a rush to the reading room. "Sorry, I… hosh… took too much time…"

Victor's eyes widened. "Here, take a seat," he grabbed Evelyne's hand and slowly let her sit beside him. "Catch your breath. You don't have to come with all the rush. I know you won't find your book fast," Victor patted her head.

"Yeah, thanks."

They both read their books peacefully with complete silence. It wasn't because they like reading so the room felt peaceful and enjoyable. Simply because they would find peace next to each other.

"Anyway, Vict." Victor turned his face from his book to Elanor. "I'm thinking of participating in the innovation competition."

"Ah, that competition? Your uni sort the delegation quite early. Well, it's up to you," Victor approved. "As long as you don't overwork yourself about it. Ah, if you get a team where you're the only one who works, just quit!"

Evelyne smiled. 'This guy becomes such a nagger when it comes to me overwork.'
