The ALPHA LAW FIRM was once the best law firm with the best lawyers in Hilliard city. Lawless Lawyers, who fought just for money. "Money! Money! Money! The only thing I want in my life is -- Money . For me money is everything , cause I can have anything." Abrahim known as the 'The Apathetic Lawyer' spoke in a satisfied manner to himself.

Abrahim De Alva, a Portuguese lawyer was given the name 'The Apathetic Lawyer' because he didn't care about anything or anyone's opinion. He fought against many big lawyers and always won because of his astute mind. Lawyers were afraid of fighting against him because he can go to any extent to win. Louis Peterson , his reliable paralegal was someone who knew his every sin, but still, didn't turn him down.

Abrahim's only fear was from 'THE GOBLET CORPORATION'. The Alpha Law Firm came under the GOBLET CORPORATION . Basil Howard, the chair (CEO) of the corporation was tall, smart, handsome, wise and knew business well.

He was the son of William Howard, one of the best businessmen of his time. His father's corporation became famed.

Abrahim was very smart, wise and fearless in front of other lawyers and people outside but inside he was just a sneaky slave in front of Basil and his company.

"Louis! Louis! Louis, where are you, hurry , we have to run to Goblet corporation .Ahh! That Louis! where are you, come fast, hurry!!!!". Abrahim in a lot of flurry , looking for Louis, his paralegal.

"Yes sir ! Always ready for you. Looking forward to your order. Butttt, before that , why are you so shocked, you know , I've never seen you in such a situation..." Asked Louis in a shocked way because he never saw Abrahim in such a flurry.

"AHH! Louis , don't waste time now! We have to hurry to the meeting between GOBLET CORPORATION and ,The one and only, ' ARTHOS LABEL GROUP"

"OKKKK, But what's your advantage in this meeting?" Louis asked, scrubbing his head.

"Ooh Gosh Louis!, you have spent 5 years with me but still you don't have brains!! Now, listen carefully, if we will be successful in impressing the Arthos Group's president and our company gets the contract then we will benefit...."Abrahim explained to Louis.

"Okk but how will we benefit??" Louis asked very seriously.

"Ok!, see , if we get the contract then we will get our promotion too. Guess....Guess if the boss makes me the babble(COO) of the company. We will get richer..richer..and richer rrr....."Abrahim who was already lost in his dreams explained Louis.

"Ok Sir! ,let's not waste our time and hurry!!" Louis replied very excitedly.

"Ooh God!! wasted my time and now ordering me to hurry... Aah that duffer!!!!" Abrahim Whispered to himself after Louis commanded him.

Then they both hurried to the meeting. But unfortunately they were late. And they were in a great problem now cause the meeting was already done and the clients were gone. And suddenly ,

"Abrahim, come to my cabin! Nowww!" Basil called Abrahim to his cabin. Abrahim was scared to death now after hearing the angry voice of Basil. He took his steps slowly towards his office. No one knew what was going on in Basil's cabin .

And after some time Abrahim came out with his face hanging and walked towards Louis angrily, and suddenly... hugged Louis out of happiness.

"Louis we have got the contract, we are gonna be richer and richer rrr..... Now before asking anything else, listen to me..." Louis speaks his words, "But sir, first leave me or people will take it wrong.", Louis whispered after seeing the situation.

"mhh mhh...." Abrahim cleared his throat and tied up his tie. "Louis, listen now we have got the contract and Basil is really happy, now we are gonna be richer, soon.", Abrahim said in a very enthusiastic voice.

"Okkk sirr, but did he say something about your promotion?" Louis, engrossed in mind, asked Abrahim cause when they reached there, the meeting was already over.

Abrahim got very tense and looked towards Louis angrily.

" You damn Louis!!!, my promotion is gone and now you are gone too!!!"Abrahim closed his eyes and started shouting at Louis but when he opened his eyes Louis just fled away.

" Hey you!!! Wait!!! wait there or you'll die.....Louissss..."

And so it went onn.....

Next day Louis came to the company for some work, fully beaten up. Basil asked him,"Hey Louis!! What just happened to you??"

"Nothing sir, don't worry, it's a big story though. By the mercy of God I'm fine." replied Louis whelming his wound.

"Ok then, do the work which you came for, so see you. Bye." And then Basil understood the whole story and bursted into laughter as he knew that after the case yesterday, Abrahim would not have left him.

Things were going well until that night .....

But their life was gonna change after--
