Paul, riding on his swivel chair, kicked the floor and sat closer to Dessa’s table. 


“Is that the rumor about the ghost haunting the school every night?” he incited. 


Leo leaned to Dessa’s table and whispered, “Heeey! I read in the group chat, about a couple who stayed overtime in the Faculty Room. They said they suddenly saw a ghost walk out of Miss Grayson’s office. Was that legit?” 


“Yeaaaah! And I heard from the janitors that Hector, the school caretaker, always sees that ghost come out from Miss Grayson’s office.” Dessa agreed. 


The teachers who gathered around the table to listen gasped and looked at one another.
