The Last Sacrifice

The first thing Kallaia became aware of after the glyphs of warding had blown up was being dragged away from where she'd fallen. Sagacious had pushed her away from a chunk of falling granite, she'd felt some pain from impacting against the floor, and then silence. Whoever had saved her had also blindfolded and gagged her, while also binding her hands together, as such the only sensory input was the feeling for hands under her armpits dragging her and her feet which dragged across the stone floor. She kept her eyes closed and tried her best not to give any sign of being conscious, trying to focus on the sounds and scents around her.

Her rescuer, whoever they were, smelled good at least. Like floral soaps and sandalwood incense. The movement ceased and she felt thin but strong arms lift her onto a cold, hard surface, reflexively she tried to move her arms and again she strained against her bindings.
