End of the first day

Alice stood out the door of the counselling room shaking. The only reason she could make this far was because of Noah.

Noah tightened his grip around her hand to tell her to calm down and then kissed her on the forehead.

"I'll kill him if he tries to approach you."

Noah then opened the door. He smiled and entered with Alice.

The counsellor was sitting on his desk typing something when they came in.

He got up and was surprised to see Alice come in with someone. But he quickly hid it. He quickly planned on how to have Alice alone in the room.

What had happened last time with Alice, was unexpected, but in a way an opportunity for him. He had quickly changed the scene and story after Alice had left. he had altered the scene such that it was Alice attacking him. He wanted to use this as a way to threaten her.

"Alice you're here, you've taken leave for some time. You came with someone for the first time, that's great! So who might you be?"

The man tried to hide his intentions as he spoke.

Noah wasn't bothered he could easily tell this man wasn't any good.

"Hello, I'm a friend of Alice."

"Hello, nice to meet you. I'm the school counsellor, you can call me Philander. Has Alice told you about me?" Mr Philander put his hand out for a handshake.

Noah simply looked at it and didn't answer.

The counsellor pulled his hand back and cleared his throat.

"Ahem so, it's great that you have friends now. Look it wasn't hard talking to people. But these counselling sessions are one on one so your friend will have to wait outside."

Noah responded, "Actually I came because I need help. I heard from Alice that you were a great person to talk to about my problems too. Can you hear me out?"

Mr Philander looked reluctant, but he couldn't simply say no.

"My job is to listen, sit down I'll come in second." Mr Philander said as he moved stuff around the desk. Behind the desk, he put something into his pocket from his drawer and stood up. He picked up his cup of coffee and sat on the sofa.

Noah sitting on the sofa looked around the room. Having been monitored for so long by his bodyguards and paparazzi he could easily find hidden cameras. He noticed a few hidden around the room recording.

Noah watched the counsellor sit, he noticed a pen-like object. His first thought was a syringe. With its shape in the pocket and the current situation. Considering what happened last time with Alice it was likely he had kept the syringe to knock her out this time. He wasn't too sure but he prepared for it just in case.

"Do you want Alice to stay, or should she leave?' The counsellor asked.

Noah looked at Alice to see what she thought. She shook her head saying that she wanted to stay, She had already entered the room, she was going to stick to the end.

"It's fine I want her to be here with me as well."

"Okay, tell me the problem. feel comfortable to speak. Everything you say will stay closed in these walls."

"Thank you."

Noah then stopped and took a few breaths.

Mr Philander had been completely investigated by him after Alice told him her story. He had already gotten the results and the dirt he had dug up could fill up an entire landfill.

Getting his degree in Country F, Philander Dugal had gotten a job as a school counsellor at a local school. He worked there for over 5 years. The reason he left was that he was being prosecuted for **** and filming child pornography. In the end, the claim was called back as the victims pulled out of the case. One of them jumped off a building and all evidence was removed. The others were hushed through threats and money.

He was born from a rich family with a strong political background. It was why he was able to wipe off everything and move to Country S and start with a blank slate.

Just imagining this scum touching Alice made him want to shatter the vase next to him and use a glass shard to stab him in the throat.

Even with his great self-control was waning at the moment. If Alice wasn't lucky enough to escape... he internally shuddered.

Noah looked at the Philander and started speaking.

"Recently, I have been having these bouts of extreme anger. I've been able to control it for now, but I don't think I can any longer."

"I see, do you know when and why you started feeling this way." The counsellor asked then took a sip of his coffee.

"I do."

"Have you done anything to confront the reason?"

"Not yet. I do plan on confronting them soon."

"Don't confront them. If it's severe like you said you may not be able to control yourself. From what I can tell someone has done something and it has made you angry. Meeting them now isn't the best option, do it later when you don't feel as impulsive. If you really want to confront them, you should have someone come with you."

"Now, you can leave, I'll chat with Alice next." The counsellor looked away and reached for his pocket.

Noah saw this as an opportunity.

CRASH

Noah grabbed the vase on the table and shattered it. The vase broke as pieces of glass spread out as they fell onto the ground. Noah grabbed a sharp shard and moved forward in a quick jolt, his right hand holding the glass shard slashed up.

The counsellor was shocked and turned to look in the direction of the sound. The edge of the glass shard pierced right into his pupil blinding him in one eye. He pulled out something from his pocket. It was a syringe, just as Noah had suspected.

He used it to attack Noah while his other hand his eye. Noah grabbed his hand and twisted causing him to drop the syringe.

"AHHHH" He screamed in pain as he reached for his phone.

Noah stood up and kicked him in the groin region pushing him to the ground.

Alice who was standing at the side was shocked. She wanted to help. Noah put his hand up to stop her.

"Let me take care of it."

One foot on his chest, the other on his arm. He had worn heavy boots today just for this. Noah started to apply pressure as Philander struggled like an insect under him.

"Stop, don't kill me! Please don't kill me!"

Noah stomped hard on the arm and broke the bone in his arm.

Noah got off him and bent down he grabbed him from his hair brought his head up to eye level.

"If I could have my way I wouldn't kill you. I would want you to suffer something worse than hell for the rest of your life. Sadly, I don't have a choice, it's better for scum like you to completely disappear and be forgotten about." Noah let go of his head and stood up.

The door was knocked and two police officers entered. They looked at the scene and didn't flinch, they were already told this would happen. They simply picked him up and took him away.

Noah sighed and looked at Alice.

"I'm sorry I can't make him suffer as much as you did," Noah said as he hugged her.

"I just don't ever want to see him again."

"I'll make sure of that."

One of the reasons Noah was set on having him dead was that the eternal battlefield was assimilation with earth. Prisons wouldn't be able to hold prisoners as when they gained talents and skills they would be able to easily break out. He wanted to remove the possibility of him ever appearing again and that was by ending his life.

He had already everything taken care of. In a few days, he wouldn't even have a corpse.

Noah left the scene to the police they would clean everything up.
